Super nice people. Best experience I've ever had in a tire store. I was amazed by the cost and the service.

I bring my company vehicle to this location for regular maintenance, and the vehicle started to have issues. Transmission started to fail and I had had assumed it had gone out. I took the vehicle to another location and the workers told me it looked like my vehicle had never had its oil changed or any other fluid. I had been taking it to this location for over a year for nothing. Im lucky I wasn't paying for the services myself. This location is absolutely horrible don't waste your time or money here.

I was needing an oil change and tire check fairly quickly. Manny was kind and professional and scheduled an appointment immediately. I was in and out in an hour. Well done! I've also purchased 4 tires from Firestone Manhattan Beach two years ago. Also, excellent experience. So far so good Firestone! Thank you!

Fire stone alignment 3,000 miles in on a new set of tires. Upset that I didn't notice this any sooner.

I called in advance and was given a price for servicing my Volvo. However, upon arriving at the store, they refused to honor the price I was quoted over the phone by their customer service representative. To make matters worse, the staff seemed unaware and complained about the pricing dilemma, which left me with a sense of unprofessionalism and disorganization. This inconsistency in pricing and service was frustrating, to say the least.

Short Version:While my car was being serviced, the top of the door frame was scratched and covered with touch-up paint. Despite contacting both the local store and corporate office multiple times, they refuse to address it.Long version:I teach private swim lessons, primarily in gated communities, and I park my car in my garage at night. Every fall when swim season ends, I get my car serviced at the Toyota dealership and also get my car detailed. Otherwise I go through a drive-through car wash the first week of each month and towel it dry myself. So the last time that anyone else had access to my car was when I had it detailed in November 2022.On August 2, 2023, I went through the drive-through car wash and toweled my car dry.On August 4, one of my tires blew out because the alignment on my car was off. I rode with the tow truck driver to Firestone. I left my car there to replace two tires and have all the tires aligned. I Ubered to a swimming lesson and then came back to get my car. I got in my car and went back to work.On August 10, I noticed the Toyota logo from one of my tires was missing. I called Firestone, but they said it wasn’t them because they “didn’t even touch that tire.” I was going to let it go, because it could have coincidentally been stolen or fallen off that week. Although I don’t think someone stole it because it’s almost always in my garage or a gated community. Plus it’s a Prius, so if any one was going to steal something, it would have been the catalytic converter. On September 6, I went through the drive through car wash. While I was toweling my car dry, I noticed touch-up paint that had been sloppily applied with greasy fingers to the top of my car door frame.I immediately drove to Firestone. They agreed to replace my hubcap with the missing Toyota logo. However, they said the touch-up paint was not done by them and that there was no way they could have scratched the top of my car. As the store manager said this, I looked behind him and saw multiple hoses and tools dangling from the ceiling with metal tips. I asked to see the camera footage from when my car was serviced, but the manager said they didn’t have cameras.Despite the manager’s denial that the touch-up paint was applied by his store, he was unable to come up with any alternative explanation for how it got there.

This is the first time I’ve gone into google to search to leave a review.I’ve been to this location twice and each time so impressed by their honesty and zero upsell.1. Had a slow leak in my tire. They told me it would be an easy repair as it was a nail in the center of my tire. Could have easily told me I needed a new tire. $40 repair2. Was told I would need a full diagnostic when my engine light went on. They did the check and when it was related to a Nissan specific problem that only Nissan could fix - waived the charge.Seriously I will be using this location for everything in the future.Highly trustworthy. Restored my faith in car mechanics ?

I have loved Firestone for years so this breaks my heart but I've just had too many marginal experiences recently - and the last one put me in danger. I have been with them over a decade along with intermittently going to Beachside auto, however the owner passed away and I have been using Firestone exclusively for past several years. They've had lots of good moments, but they have seemed to deteriorate recently. Last incident I went in because my car was bucking at stop lights feeling like it was going to die and an unsavory noise was coming from the engine. They called me a few hours later and told me "we can't find anything wrong with your car." I said, "did anyone drive it" "oh, sure, yeah" I felt pretty confident that was not true or else he wouldn't sound uncertain and he'd know that the car was shaking. When I picked it up, the counter guy said, very condescendingly, " you know we can't fix anything until there's a light on. Bring it back when the light goes on, and we will be able to help you out." (Give me a break. The advice is "drive it until it gets much worse!?!") I took it elsewhere, and the first thing they had me do was drive it with the mechanic in the car. Within one block, he said "oh yeah you've got problems - let's see what it is." They fixed them the next day, and I drove home a smooth riding car by the end of the day. And that's without a light going on. Something is wrong here - between the inability to discover the problem, and not being straight with me, and possibly risking my safety I just can't recommend them anymore.

My boyfriend had a terrible mishap with his newly bought tires. He was smart and bought the insurance on his tires(didn't know that was a thing) and was able to get a replacement of the tires very quickly. Thank you for making what could have been an otherwise stressful situation somewhat less stressful

Had a flat repaired by Firestone and a few days later our tire pressure sensor light came on and we realized there was a slow leak coming from Firestone's patch I came to RB Firestone and the technician confirmed that the leak is from their failed patch, and that I'd need a replacement. He got Manny, who seemed to be the acting manager at the time? Manny told me that since it's a Continental tire, not Firestone, he cannot do anything besides air it up and send me on my way. I thought this was weird since they botched the repair and also sell Continental tires so I asked his name - Manny got super uncomfortable and told me he won't tell me his name, and asked me to leave the store. He ended up actually storming out of his own store, and slamming the glass doors behind him The original tire tech, came in to deescalate the situation. He ended up sending us to the Manhattan Beach Firestone who was way more helpful. If you're reading this, the Manhattan beach location is only a few min away and a world more helpful. Skip over this location and keep cruising up PCH to Manhattan Beach Firestone and save a hassle

I had a great experience at Firestone Redondo Beach. Cesar, Manny, and Jason were all very friendly and helpful when I needed new tires and service for my car. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for car repair or maintenance.
