i have enjoyed shopping at macys, but some years ago I opened a small charge account with one purchase, then someone in store stole it and ran it to the limit. I filed a police report when the bill came but Macy's sent it to collections and they called me at work multiple times. Just FYI my credit rating is 850.

I love Macys..i find good priced merchandise but the customer service is not up to par...the Del Amo Mall and Culver City Westfield never have enough cashiers to help check out..the Southbay Galleria welll...lets just say not a big selection of anything...i never see a floor presence...the selection for plus size is not... read full comment

Absolutely ridiculous long lines. More workers on the floor just wandering around. Each register has one person and they are absolutely slow. I completely understand give everyone a chance but during the holidays? Really.
