I needed a few urgent important documents and Justin Hannah got them all to me SO quickly. I felt bad I was being annoying asking for so many things but he truly made me feel like I wasn’t being an inconvenience (although I def was ?). My emails and calls were always answered within minutes (maybe even seconds) and this made a very stressful time in my life A LOT less stressful. Now, I unfortunately have lost the paper with the two ladies names on it who helped me (I asked them to write their names down) but when I find out their names I will update this review . However, I want to say that the customer service that I received here was fantastic. The two women went out of their way to take care of me and were very professional and kind. I definitely recommend this Wells Fargo and like I said, once I find the women's names I will update this review. They seriously made my day! Thank you! A+++”
