We visited Ferguson on Marine Ave to look for a replacement of our old Delta shower set. Paola helped us by showing possible alternatives and narrowing down selections based on our preferences (type, color, water pressure, shape design, etc.) and compatibility with the existing plumbing system. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She spent over an hour with us going through the whole process, and in the end, she spotted a tiny incompatibility of a diverter setup that cannot be fixed unless we commit to a larger renovation project (tearing down the wall/tile). We ended up deciding to stick with the existing shower set for now, but Paola was still sincere and very helpful with our questions on much smaller items over email communications afterwards. We would definitely come back to Paola when we go for the new shower set.

We rebuilt our house and all of the contractors in our high end area by the beach recommend buying fixtures from Fergusons. We've had multiple problems with items purchased through Fergusons, but no more unethical than Newport Brass. Everything is expensive at Fergusons yet they don't step in when the suppliers they choose have horrible quality and worse customer service. Look for another outlet to spend the hard earned money you use for a rebuild or remodel. Building is TOO expensive to have items fail within the first few years.

Tried to contact the vendor online to replace two bathroom sink drains, on warrantee, that were collecting mold. No response.When to the store and Oscar L. immediately called the vendor and I was sent two new sink drains.What great customer service!Thank you ?

What a horrible horrible horrible business! 8 years ago I spent $13,009 on fixtures for a MB bathroom remodel. I have had two issues with the fixtures and Furgeson refuses to be of any help resolving the issues even when I show them my receipts. I needed a special O-ring for a Ronbow sink stop the parts guy said they have never carried that brand, so I showed him my receipt and he said "oh, well I don't know what to tell you" so I said well can you look the part number up for me so I can order it from Ronbow? He said no because they didn't sell it to me, discusted I left and resolved the issue on my own. Friday the Hans Grohe shower valve failed and leaked to the floor below my bathroom causing fairly major damage. The valve is guaranteed for life by Hans Grohe. Saturday trying to get a head start on ordering or replacing the valve I went to Furgeson again with receipts and the failed valve. The parts people wouldn't even give me the time of day, all they would say was you need to contact Hans Grohe. Horrible Customer Service

Wife and I found a home in Hermosa Beach we needed to remodel. Ferguson was recommended so I checked the place out. Glad I did as I met Sri Haslam - Showroom Consultant. She took the time to listen and understand the vibe we were looking for. She provided recommendations and went out of her way to get the products in ahead of schedule. We purchased an entire kitchen appliance package and several other bathroom fixtures. Showroom is also pretty amazing as well. Highly recommend this place and Sri!

Hours say they open at 530, have been “on hold” for over 30 mins at 7am to speak to an actual human. Work for a civil construction company who spends millions a year just on material and I can’t get a sales rep on the phone when I need one.
