First time using FedEx Full Service Printing services. I was helped by Alyssa, who was super nice, competent and friendly.I provided Alyssa with a thumb drive with the files that I needed printed. In no time, Alyssa prepared a proof, which turned out to be perfect. In just a few minutes, I was done!All in all it was a great experience. The only con is the price. Granted I utilized the full service printing, which comes with a cost. So keep that in mind.I highly recommend FedEx Office!!!

I came to drop a package off today. I was greeted immediately and was told me should would be right with me. First time at this location and she kindly walked me through the steps to drop my package off and print a receipt without waiting in line. Thanks for the great customer service.

This conveniently located FedEx office store has many services from Pack & ship, to printing, to renting a computer or using your own in their space. They have a spacious interior and are open on weekends. We were assisted by Érica, the assistant manager on a printing job. They offer same day printing but it is a hefty fee. They try to help you avoid it by steering you to the next day. If you can give them some lead time all the better. To start the process you can email your job to them and they print from there. They did the printing professionally and at the time promised.

Employee was rude. He didn't want to be bothered to put my paperwork into the express package to ship. I paid extra to have it delivered more quickly. It never arrived. In fact, I got A call that the package had been ripped open and most of the contents had been removed. I will never use this location again.

Came here to return an online purchase from BuyBuy BABY. Unfortunately, my order came in two separate packages, and the return shipping label would only print one. I tried calling BuyBuy BABY customer service, but the wait time for a representative on the phone was 30 minutes, and the wait time for a representative via chat was over 2 hours. :( So I canceled my return and redid it as two separate returns, but when the FedEx employee scanned the QR codes, she said the same tracking number came up on both labels and she could only use one. I finally just told her to use the shipping label on the larger item (a baby crib mattress), and I took the smaller box home. Later when I finally got ahold of a BuyBuy BABY customer service rep, he said I could have used the same tracking number label for both packages. Oh well. But the FedEx employee wouldn't do that for me. :(

I went to this store to return a router and set top box after canceling Internet and pay TV service. This is, objectively speaking, a simple transaction. But the woman helping me, I think her name was Tanya (black curly hair, short in stature) could use a lesson in customer service and inclusion. She asked me to read her the tiny numbers on the label, which, by the way, had a barcode on it. I am of a certain age and it's difficult to read small print. I told her this, and asked if she could just use the bar code. She made some excuse along the lines of it not always working, and insensitively asked me again to read her the numbers, as if I were staffing the register with her. I felt completely humiliated, and amazed that after explicitly telling her it was difficult for me to read fine print, she couldn't show empathy or common courtesy, let alone demonstrate any awareness that age is a protected category. I was offended by her ageist behavior and told her that she'd have to hold on while I searched for my reading glasses. Any reasonable person in my shoes would have been rightfully annoyed, and I was. However, I never once raised my voice or behaved rudely or aggressively. She then had the nerve to warn me not to be "difficult." Sorry Tonya, but I'm not on the FedEx payroll, and that means I don't have to do your job for you. Count your blessings that I decided not to file a formal complaint about your discriminatory behavior towards a customer. And I do hope you think twice about asking another customer to do your job for you. They may not be as tolerant as I. Good luck.

Thanks to Roberto and the team at this location, my print job which had been unsuccessful at the Manhattan Beach store turned out great!!! Roberto took time to upload my documents and custom crop. This was not a large order - very small...but he came through like a printing pro with a smile and great service. I'll be back for sure!

I was on a late evening run to make sure my package was delivered on time. I hurried to the closest FedEx and online it said the store closed at 6 pm. I arrived around 5:50 pm and low and behold the store sign said closed. I was extremely upset since the website stated it closes at 6 pm. So I immediately called the store to make sure the employees hadn't made a mistake and turned the open side around to show the store is closed. An older gentleman answered the phone and I immediately asked if their store was closed. He stated it closed at 6 pm and I pointed out that the store sign displayed closed. The employee didn't apologize for their mistake but did offer to still send my package. I entered the store and was helped by a woman. She was not in a good mood. I wasn't rude nor was I making a huge deal about their store sign saying closed. However, this Hispanic female employee seemed as if she was annoyed to have to deal with a late closing time customer. I was able to ship my items and I left the store immediately. If it wasn't for the older black gentleman that let me in, I would not be giving this place that high of a rating. FedEx, you are going to go out of business if you don't start looking at why your business locations have such low ratings.
