I guess when you walk into the store they have to be nice with the costumers, she had a bad attitude on I guess the phone call she had was more important , I had a bad time in the store I hope they have a manager to get to work.

Nov 16 2021 around noon, the only employee was rude and mean. Didn't say hi when I walked in and when I asked about hats she raised her voice at me. Never said bye on my way out. I'll just shop elsewhere. Smh I used to like coming to this location.

Made a purchase this morning at 11:22 AM. If I wasn't going to the dodger game in a few hours I would have just walked away. The worker was disrespectful and rude like she didn't want to be there. I had to wait in line to grab a jersey from the upper section. So she grabbed my jersey and a few others after. During that time I tried it out while still waiting in line. She came back to the register and help someone else that was behind me even though I told her I was ready. The thought of her helping another customer for a $30 purchase compared to my $150 is not really smart. I should have walked away. Smh

I am completely disappointed in the service by the store. Had problems with the merchandise, then came back and they gave me a very hard time about getting credit for the product. They also had an attitude about it which makes me say I will never, ever shop here again. definitely not the way to treat customers. Buyer beware!

I just moved to Manhattan Beach and visited South Bay Galleria today. I was really impressed by how clean it was! Like extremely clean. There was also a really clean, comforting, pleasant smell throughout the mall. Nice greenery and seating. The Macy's home section was really big. I truly hope they get some more interesting stores in there and some cool food court options. Stores for women in their 30s+ who want nicer brands. World of Dinosaurs was really cool too! Highly recommended for the kiddos. From what I've heard, they really have turned this place around so hoping stores invest in their spaces.
