Called at least a dozen times over the span of several weeks during normal business hours and left several messages regarding a DHL Economy freight forwarding shipment to RMA some damaged equipment. No one ever picked up my call and no call back. Also submitted support requests via website, no call, no email. Useless. Worst customer service I have ever experienced when it comes to shipping carrier.

Yes they wanted to get tarped their crates. But no any space or ladder for this. Also they don't have any normal restroom. No chance to wash hands.

Poor service in Domestic building for a truck drivers. Waiting like around one hour. Standing on the door. And nothing happened. Don't go guys there.

Worst delivery experience I've had,got a package sent to me from Guadalajara Mexico, paid 2 day delivery and it took 6 days to get my package, only got excuses why it took so long and bad customer service over the phone, never again will I use DHL

Unless it's your last option, do not use DHL. They've gone fully automated, if you have the slightest problem, there is almost no way to reach them, and when you do, you're confronted with the most incompetent and uninterested people you'll ever meet. I guess that's the horror of automation and people with no way to supervise. A horror of an organization to deal with.
