Store will accuse you of theft that you never intended to do. What happened was on Sunday morning, May 26, 2024, at 11am-ish, I went to buy snacks and soda before starting work. The lady with the long, curly, black hair tells me that "I am not allowed in the store". I was confused, but she refused to answer. So, I called the store to see what was going on. The manager told me that I supposedly stole something, when in reality, I am careful with whatever I buy. I did tell them I always make purchases before leaving the store with whatever merchandise I buy. The manager just said "my theft was plain and simple" and did not say anything else. I am certain I would never steal, given the society we live in today. I did tell them I have proof I actually paid for something. Even if I steal from this store, the alarm would've went off. Do not go to this CVS and be accused of thievery. Take your money and go somewhere else.

The pharmacy closes in the middle of the day. However this is not listed in the hours of operation.

My parents were visiting out of the country and needed antibiotics, the pharmacist took time to call the insurance and since it wasn’t covered, he took the initiative of finding a generic medication that would not cost us an arm and a leg. I highly recommended Brian Lee, he was kind, caring and competent.

This is one of the worst cvs stores. I don't come here often, except after I visit the Grocery Outlet next to it. And the last 5-6 times over the course of 2 years, their restrooms have been "out of order". Yeah right! What a coincidence. They just don't want their customers to use it, since the Covid pandemic. This is not good from a customer service point of view. I have yet to be able to shop here because I have to leave & find an open restroom nearby. This is partly Grocery Outlets fault, because they claim they don't have one for customers, so after shopping their for an hour, you are stuck having to run to Taco Bell across the street to use a restroom, by then I remember why I can't seem to ever shop at this cvs, a medical pharmacy no less, that refuses to open their restrooms, that shows they don't care about their customers. I usually shop at the cvs in Torrance, at 190th, their restrooms are open for public use, which makes browsing for gifts much more relaxing, you don't need to rush, and guess what, you buy more!

Horrible! I ran in to pick up a couple of things & was completely ignored. I asked a worker to use the restroom & she told me to ask the workers up front three of them were huddling & as I walked over they all took off at the same time like roaches when you turn on the light. What is with these retail workers? They’re so miserable! Always an attitude. I believe the one female is the “manager“ who was all in black, which may explain her demeanor. what a horrible example you are!!!I took my business elsewhere after this horrible experience.

CVS is a fraudulent business. Ordered on line vitamins to be picked up in store. They don't have the merchandise and refuse to refund the money. Call CVS (800) 746-7287 on line over 2 dozen times and was rerouting nonstop and then phone hang up every time. Disputing with my credit card company now. Save yourself the nightmare and run away from CVS as fast as possible

Very helpful people in the pharmacy. They always have my prescription ready to go, and they've helped me deal with insurance issues. Everyone in the store is super nice.

I’m really unhappy with my experience with Byron today. I tried to be understanding, since I could see there was a long line and they’re obviously understaffed, but I wasn’t happy that I arrived a little before 5pm with my prescription still not ready for another “10 minutes.” I left to run some errands and then returned closer to 6pm, only to discover on my way out that I looked at the box and realized they gave me a completely different prescription (and on top of that, the generic brand of the different prescription). I walked back and asked about it, and when the staff member asked Byron about it he explained it was because they didn’t have my prescription in stock but this alternative one had the same “active ingredients” as the one my doctor prescribed. Uh, there’s a reason she prescribed me the one that she did—so I returned it, frustrated they didn’t even bother asking me until I returned it if I’d like them to order/stock the appropriate prescription. Why wasn’t this asked before it was filled?I went across the street to Walgreens before they closed in 20 min, but sadly the pharmacist couldn’t help me transfer the prescription because the CVS Pharmacist (Byron) had already left for the night—frustrating, because Walgreens closed at 7pm while CVS was supposed to be open for longer (according to their site). Luckily Byron at least stayed long enough to return my incorrect prescription to the shelf before I went to Walgreens, but he looked like he was on his way out because he had taken off his white coat/uniform.I get it was a stressful evening for what looked like a two-person team, but that doesn’t excuse the poor communication I received and the nonchalant attitude of filling my prescription with something else that I wasn’t expecting, with ZERO explanation that happened while I was checking out (and luckily I looked before I left the store).
