The woman who works there stated that “ALL CVS DO NOT TAKE PHOTOS AFTER 8 PM “ is that even real or that old woman who works there at night is lying? Because we just went to sepulveda blvd in torrance ca and just take our photos at 9pm. They need to train and do their job and dont lie to people because i will post then

The manager of the store isn’t even aware of CVS policies. Not a good experience at all.

Literally the best CVS, I’ve ever been too! The employees are so sweet and very helpful and the manager is just so handsome and sweet!

I am glad the place is there so I did not give it one star. Today was a good one, I got there in the morning to take my passport photos. Lady who helped me was real nice and gave me the photos and I paid and left happy. When I went to the passport place they said my photos were to blue in the background and supposed to be a white background not blue. When the passport place took my photo it was a noticeable difference. One background was blue and one background was white. I took the photos back to CVS as well as the white background photo and told them they did not accept these and requested a refund. They said there is nothing they can do about it. Such a bummer that they can't help out a paying customer. Hope they can make some new rules on there quality control.

I waited all week for my meds. They were supposed to be ready tonite by 6pm. No one called me all week to tell me they didnt have them. Nor did they tell me they called my dr for a new prescription to another place at 1pm on a Fri. I'm about to have surgery and need my meds. Too late for the weekend. This is not the first time after 20 years here. I'm done. Have a better system in place. This is BS.

THE WORST FARMACY STAFF

This pharmacy is a DISASTER. They don't answer their phones so you have to drive there just to ask a question. Also, this pharmacy posts that it opens at 8:00 am but they don't open until 10:00. Their hours also don't mention anything about being closed for lunch but they are closed for lunch. I also got a voicemail message telling me that if I didn't come pick up my prescription they would put it back on the shelf. This was the FIRST notification that my prescription was ready.

The Pharmacy closes at random times for lunch. Highly inconvenient if you happen to pop in to grab a prescription. Told to call by 2 people standing behind a counter. How does that even make sense?

Called yesterday to find our if they had a certain vaccine of a particular brand and they didn’t have the brand I was looking for. However, the gentleman who answered the phone kindly checked for me in their system for such product availability at other locations. He gave me two other locations’ phone numbers where the product was available. This was a huge help. Thank you so much!

Good CVS. Bright, clean and well kept. If you know what you're looking for and where to find it, this is a great spot. A little hard (but not impossible) to find help if you need it, but this is one of hte better CVSs that I've been to.

They claim to restock on Tuesday, but the item i came for is still not in stock. They need to either hire more people, or actually keep their word.

This CVS Pharmacy needs so much in the way of improvement, I don't even know where to begin. How about answering the phones in a timely manner, instead of leaving customers in the limbo of a never-ending queue? How about having an automated phone system that's not one of the most boring and convoluted in America, and without the unpleasant, looping Muzak melody that makes those on hold want to gag? How about hiring staff that sound alive, demonstrate a degree of courtesy, friendliness and professionalism, and understand English? How about having consistency in competence and service, instead of it always being hit and miss?Long ago, every pharmacist at this location was competent, able to answer questions and provide outstanding service. It was a pleasure to phone and/or drop in. Now, CVS is leading me to believe that zombies truly do exist. After the inconsistencies, inconvenience and problems in communication I've experienced recently with this CVS Pharmacy, I've decided to explore other, hopefully better options/solutions for filling my prescriptions. No one should have to waste hours and days trying to accomplish something that should be doable in 5 to 15 minutes.

The most filthy CVS I've ever been in! I don't think they have had the carpets vacuumed in a long time. There were injection needles and other stuff sitting unattended and out of view of any staff. The whole photo center is down. There wasn't even a cashier when I left only self checkout. Oh and the pharmacy staff didn't seem to enjoy being there on the verge of rude. And when I called in a few days before it took at least 20-30 minutes to get someone to answer. Sucks because this is now the nearest CVS and coming from rolling hills it's a huge disappointment

Thank you Bridgette (sorry if I spell incorrectly) for helping me with my unexpected visit from Aunt Flo! Went out of her way to ensure that I got the help I needed. Especially since I’m not from this area.
