Bomb service in here. If you need a phone repaired fast, then go see these guys. My buddy walked in and got his iPhone screen replaced within two hours. They were upfront about the cost and time frame, and even hooked him up with a tiny piece they salvaged off an old phone.

Wow! I don't know how I missed these guys! They are only a few blocks from my home. I'm fiercely loyal when someone does right by me. And Lorne did just that! I had a tech business I've used for 10 years and they just got replaced. I was so impressed with the service here! He beat everyone else's prices and my phone looks brand new! If you are looking for a trust worthy business to take care of your tech needs, you just found them!

Unfortunately, I had a slightly different experience than most of the other reviewers. The rep at the store was very nice and responsive and service was quick. But my phone repair left my phone worse off than before. I had a small but noticeable crack across the top of my screen, but no other damage to aesthetics or usability. The new screen has a noticeable blue purple tint over everything, changed the touch screen responsiveness for the worse, and now has a bright white spot on the bottom of the phone. I think the screen isn't quite the right size it sits a bit convex/rounded on the phone. I was hoping to get one more year out of this iPhone, but now I will need to get a new one. I left a message for the store they did not call back.

I had a iphone with a broken screen, or so I thought. I had a quote of $110 for the repair. When I got to the shop, I was told that it was not the screen but the screen protector that was damaged. Really?!? A new screen protector was applied which cost $20 instead of $110. The repair was done in minutes. I could have been quoted the $110 replacement and not questioned the cost or the need for the repair. Really honest personnel. I couldn't be more pleased!

I was fortunate that Mr. Lorne was open today, the day before a major holiday. I needed his assistance to fix my charging port on my iPhone. Once again, his store is like walking into a museum of old iPhone cases and art gallery by the way he painted the walls. Today, I was also greeted by Rocky, Lorne's dog. He's extremely friendly and likes to be pet and scratched. He'll let you know exact where he likes to be scratched. Lorne looked over the charging port on my phone and discovered it was a dirty port and a pin out of alignment. He could have easily replaced the port and made money off of me, but he did the sincere honest thing and cleaned and aligned the pin on my phone at no charge. It's his honesty and customer service approach that's kept him successful in this business and has people coming back. Thank you Lorne for the greet customer service and quick repairs.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 ULTRA, and my screen went white. I could not see anything. I took my phone in, and Lorne said he could fix it, I told him I just wanted my pictures and videos, and they were irreplaceable and priceless to me. So he worked his magic called me today, I went and picked up my phone and everything was still there all my pictures, videos etc. I am beyond happy with his service, and he definitely has a repeat customer if I ever need a phone repaired. Lorne is such an honest and nice guy with such great customer service. I was so excited that he was able to fix and give me my priceless pictures and videos. I said, "Oh my God, I'm so freaking happy girl, omg I didn't mean to say girl, he was no i get it . He knew I was so satisfied!! So stop calling around. Go see Lorne, you won't be sorry.
