The greatest ever! Clayton has beautiful jewelry and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. I asked to have my ring checked for any loose settings and they totally did it quickly and efficiently. I am a transplant who moved to LA for my girlfriend who I wanted to ask to be my fiance. I don't own any jewelry and really felt out of my element looking at engagement rings and diamonds. I had gone to see some settings at places like Brilliant Earth, and we had looked at designs on some other large, eCommerce jewelry stores. My personality is to do a lot of research before big purchases, and my research kept telling me to work with a local jeweler. I did a quick search for the best jewelers in West Hollywood, and Claydon popped up. After a quick conversation with Maggie about what I was looking for, I knew I wanted to work with her and her family. She was very knowledgeable and thoughtful through the entire process. Maggie's demeanor and personality made me trust her immediately. I would recommend them to anyone. The ring is perfect. Their customer service was perfect. Their attitude towards their customers is perfect.My mother has a terminal illness. I wanted to be able to propose while my mom was still here, and Claydon was able to take my order and get my ring within 2 weeks. I proposed on a Friday night. The ring needed to be resized, and Claydon was able to resize it by 10am the next day which allowed us to celebrate the following day out of town. Claydon truly went above and beyond to make my fiance's dream ring a reality!

The service was great! They are very knowledgeable and transparent. I accidentally ran a necklace through the washing machine and bent it, and they were able to design a new set of earrings and a matching pendant using my existing stones and setting. They gave me options and pricing up front before performing the work. I’d recommend this family run business to anyone in needed of a very professional jeweler.

Great store. Wonderful staff. While my ring was being resized we looked at their broad selection of the rings and other jewellery. The gentleman that was helping us, was very friendly and showed us the rings we were interested in. Will definitely be back when it's time to buy a wedding band. Definitely recommend this business.

We have Valentines Day coming up, and i decided to look at some possible rings here for a romantic gift. My first time here at this Claydon location.They have the best looking rings and diamonds here so far. I talk with some consultants into what is the best for a special partner. They got me all the help i needed. Turned out to be a cool day. They will be a go to spot for me.

I can't say enough good things about Clark and his family. I am in love with my new (old) wedding ring. While shopping and doing some other business there, I asked them to clean my ring. Thank gosh I did....my stones were barely hanging on and thanks to an amazing magnifier device they had they were able to show me that four of my prongs were dangerously low and recommended I not wear the ring very much. The other 10 were also worn down but now as bad as the 4 where my diamonds were close to falling out. I opted to have all 14 prongs redone to preserve my ring which is from the late 30s or early 40s. Clark assured me his dad loved doing projects like that and that it would be amazing. It sure was. In addition, my shank was super think and needed to be rebuilt up but I was scared to leave my ring with anyone because I didn't trust anyone. Not only did I feel that they were trustworthy but they were also able to solve the problem of my ring spinning around because it is top heavy. Because of that I wore it extra tight so it wouldn't spin. They were able to size up half a size and add two prongs to keep it from spinning. The final kicker is that I was promised the ring before Christmas and though I wasn't going to press it, I did get my ring on December 23rd and it was so beautiful, shiny and twinkling that I cried when I saw it. I will be going back now with a beautiful piece my husband go me for my anniversary that Clark's mom will help me redesign. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I have already recommended several friends go there because they were worried about leaving their heirlooms as well. BONUS: Two amazing house dogs that help keep you company while you wait. You have to trust people that love dogs!

I feel so lucky to have found Claydon Jewelers! I noticed my ring seemed a bit lopsided/off. They looked at my ring and explained in such great detail what needed to be done to secure my diamond. It was told to me in a way that I could easily follow and showed just how knowledgeable and caring they are towards their clients needs. Highly recommend!

Since my posting, the owner called me to apologize and indicated that they definitely would stand behind their work and offered to fix the crack at no charge. Even though I will still have another jeweler do the work, I appreciated the call back.
