I'm not sure about the complainers here, but I always have excellent customer service at this location. I buy coffee in the early morning 4-5 days a week and all the staff greet me immediately with a smile and a hello. They have 9 choices of coffee and 4 more of the flavored with steamed milk, so I don't understand the big babies here saying there aren't enough choices. I've been going to this location for about 6 years and they even have perks when you sign up for frequent coffee drink card. Thank you. :)

The employees are extremely rude. Not only do they not help assist you, they'll shout at you from across the store... the woman couldn't work the credit card machine and got mad at me... then another employee helped her and not only did she not apologize she said "well whatever you could give me cash next time"

Avoid this place if you can. Gas pumps are constantly broken. Bathrooms are always out of service. Attendants are rude. Today I asked to wash my hands in the sink near the counter since the bathroom was out of order. I was told "no" without any reason. "Seriously?" "Yeah, seriously." Well guess what? I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

I love the Chevron, Extra Mile stores...BUT NOT THIS ONE.It's 8:30am and they're out of two kinds of coffee. So, I waited. I got $35 in gas, $100 for a coffee and a carton of cigarettes....not a single thank you from ANY of the three guys working. WOW, now that's customer appreciation!

The girls that work at this Chevron are great however, their new guy Lorenzo is completely rude. They should get rid of him as he does not represent Chevron well.

Been working here for 2 months now. But I have 1 co worker that keeps making stuff up about me and trying go get me fired. I understand that you don't like me but your not suppose to like your co-workers. I'm glad I'm almost done with school. I hope you stay in Chevron.

I cannot believe the way this woman treats her customers. She seems like she is very racist. Her name is Martha. She should have never been given any position in authority. She mistreated my family on several occasions. She is extremely rude to my husband. The first time she didn't like the way he counted his cash so she yelled at him. The second time my husband took .2 extra straws because they tear so easily so she accused him of stealing. Tonight, she became extremely hostile. She yelled at my daughter for "Acting suspicious" even though my daughter just walked into the restroom to wash her hands. This woman should not be working for Chevron because my family buys lots of fuel each week and lots of food and drinks as well. The Chevron Corporation should not hire people of this demeanor... this woman does not act ethically and does not exhibit moral behavior. She is extremely unprofessional. She should be fired immediately.

Came here early specifically to get some caffeine to start my day at 5:30am like I have in the past. Today the door is open but when I walk in she says we are closed for 10 minutes for a shift change. It's 5:33. So now there are a few of us waiting outside. She is preparing some food behind the counter. All the sudden, nothing change just this lady and she waived us in. Customers second like so many large businesses unfortunately.
