Oh my, I dont know what to say except that I was thoroughly disappointed with spending $30 for a car wash here. There was still so much debree that was left unvacuumed. They tried to upsell me a $150 cleaning after I asked about it. They tried to justify that a $30 wash will not cover more than 3 minutes on your car. I think the franchise owner probably does not care though, he is probably already filthy rich and has multiple investments. So it is what it is. There are a few better options in Torrance and Redondo for a car wash at the same price.

Quality of work is terrible. I have been coming here for over 10 years but just keeps getting worse and worse. I will not be coming back. They have lost a long time Customer. Armando who I believe is the manager does a terrible job. The wheels on my BMW were still dirty after they were doing cleaning the car. I asked Employee nicely if you can clean the wheels because they were still very dirty. He said it doesn't get cleaned. I asked for a little towel and I cleaned it off myself showing them it gets clean. They called Armando over who tells me it will take the employee over an hour to clean these wheels. I showed him it comes off with a towel. They just have to wipe it. He says it is not part of the car wash. It is part of the detail. Every car wash I have been to has always cleaned the tires. To be crystal clear I was not referring to Armorall to the tired. Here are the pictures to show everyone reading this post. Hopefully the owner sees and discusses this with Armando. Definitely not coming back

Rip off! Salesman sold me a "Wash and Wax" for $45. Turns out is was just a regular wash with spray wax, and a lousy job at that. This place used to be decent, not anymore.

My family and I have been loyal customers since I can remember. I would come here as a kid and have been coming consistently ever since. I have always had to haggle for the price, and took that for what it was. This last time I came, I noticed that the price was raised to $21.99 for a basic wash - I get it, inflation is happening and everyone needs to make ends meet. I was also fine with that. I had a coupon for $3 off for the "early bird special"I paid and went to wait for my car. I then noticed on the receipt a "large vehicle fee" and went back to the cashier to tell her there was a mistake- I do not drive a large vehicle. She said "go talk to the manager, I just ring up the tickets. You have to bring it up with him."I went back to the manager (who I have known since I was a kid and he knows me by name) and showed him the mistake. He doubled down and said that my car was a large vehicle. I pointed to my car and said "that tiny car is a large vehicle?!" And he said that he never charges me the large vehicle fee because I always get the executive wash. I just looked at him stunned. He then said "I'll get you next time"I was too shocked to say anything. They lost me as a customer over the principle. Obviously the $2 large vehicle fee isn't a big deal monetarily, but I just can't continue to go to a place that I do not trust and doesn't treat their customers with respect. I don't want to go to a place that I have to look at my receipt every time and argue that my small vehicle is not a large vehicle I feel so bad writing a bad review, I usually only write 5 star reviews, but I don't want this to happen to other people and I hope they change their business model because I noticed I am not the first person this has happened to.

I asked for a $ 28 wash. It was my first time there the guy said if I do the $ 50 wash he will give me $ 5 off so I did. They cleaned my car in less than 30'. My car hadn't even been properly vacuumed or wiped down inside. It was left with sand, dust and dripping water. I get a better service for the same value at a Torrance car wash. After I saw how my car was I called the office and the lady said if I wanted to take the car back but I didn't have time for that. I will not be coming there again, not worth the money.

Like the other reviews mentioned, yes they attempt to upsell you when you arrive. It is a business after all, come on. It's not like these guys are living like kings. They're just trying to make a living like the rest of us. I chose the upgrade.I had a great experience. I'm pretty sure the time of day had a little to do with it too. There was only one other customer waiting for their car that I noticed. 4:00pm on a Thursday is the BEST TIME to arrive! I immediately had 4-5 guys approach as I pulled up. Amando (sp?) was very kind to offer to fill up my tank and explain the different wash options. This was my first time here and everything went very smoothly. My center console was cleaner than when I first brought it in. Was it spotless? No.I didn't pay to have it detailed.Inside was clean and most items were stocked. The cashier was very friendly and my transaction was done quickly.I would definitely come back again in the future. Highly recommend!

I paid $54.00 for the executive wash, my car hadn't even been properly vacuumed or wiped down inside. Didn't realize till I was half way home. I will not be coming here again, not worth the money.

The last few times I've gone, the guy tries to get us to upgrade (which is fine, I get it) but when we decline he seems annoyed. Then comes again and tries again and says stuff like, "your car is very very very bad, the one you chose isn't going to do much, you need (insert expensive package)." My car is empty when I take it with no food or stains or anything. I just get the simple vaccuum and wash. He tries to make us feel gross or something. The way he does it is beyond rude. Anyway, I still give 3 stars because whoever vaccuums and wipes it down does a fantastic job and it's exactly what I came for. Basically, I drive with my windows down so it gets dusty all over my dash and everywhere. Nothing major. The salesman needs to work on his customer service skills and may get more upgrades by suggesting the next one up, not the $22 vaccuum to suggesting the $300 full detail for some dust. Putting customers in a weird place like they are cheap or dirty is an awkward way to upsell.

I have going here for years and the service gets worse and worse. I can accept moving the seat forward for the 20 second drive but they move the backrest and height seemingly just to be annoying. Paid for a full detail and it was a waste of money. Carpet was wet but not clean. Dash had 30% not wiped with the cleaning so you can see the color change. Several areas of the clear coat burned when they buffed to car. They are horrible and will damage your car. No response from owners.

Terrible value. Went in for a quick wash at $19. Guy tried to up sell me. Next thing I know he's handing me a car wash tix for $44. When I complained I was told that was with a $5 discount. That's ridiculous! The place is barely worth it for the basic wash at $19. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is the worst
