Bill the owner K9 Castle is extremely accommodating and really seems to like the dogs that he is working with. I hate to give him a good review because then everybody will go see him and I’m not gonna be able to get in myself to get an appointment. However, The people at canine Castle are totally awesome and I’m so glad that I found him and Lulu enjoys going for her grooming appointments

I have taken very small Min-Pin to have her nails trimmed. He always makes sure to keep her comfortable while safely trimming her nails.

One of the few groomers that does Cats! Pricing is fair and they truly love Cats & Dogs! If you just need a quick nail trim, give em a call and if they have the time they possibly can see your baby the same day.

Great with cats, too! Bill was a lifesaver for our recently adopted ragdoll and took the time to teach me how to get the tangles out of his coat. Highly recommend!

Bill is very caring about his canine clients! Very patient with my doodle! So much so that I brought in my Boshih Owen to have his nails trimmed and Owen was taken care of with gentleness and he even rested his head on Bill after his nail trim. Owen won't allow me to cut his nails at home. Bill has the magic touch! Highly recommend!

I have taken 3 dogs 2 poodles and a Wiener dog to these guys for over 15 years. Since my original dog groomer retired. I have been treated with the feeling of family coming here with my own dogs and other friends dogs. Followed them thru 3 relocations and finally one spitting distance from my house. Quality an consistency here.

Not sure how this place stays in business. Owner seems like a nice guy but clearly can't run a business. Had an appointment over a month in advance. Brought in our dog early morning and was told we had the wrong day, brought back our dog the day they said and was told we actually were supposed to come the day before. No attempt to help with the situation because we were "already upset". Terrible customer service.

No attempt to help with the situation because we were "already upset". Terrible customer service. Adding a line after seeing the owner response. That was not the conversation we had at all. I called to see if there was something he could do to fit us in since we waited over a month for the appointment. My husband did not give the wrong name, we have come to this groomer previously. The owner did not take responsibility and was actually very rude and condescending when speaking with me. You will probably already be able to tell by the response. Other reviews mention similar accounts. Really glad we found this out sooner rather than later.

Bill took care of our Molly for 10 years. She started with him as a timid scared pup but he worked his magic and had her wagging her tail entering the shop on grooming days! She always got so many compliments about her style. Sadly, we lost her a year ago and received a call from Bill sharing how much they missed her too. We finally adopted another rescue who also had serious grooming anxiety. Bill met Koya and suggested a series of training sessions to introduce and desensitize him to the grooming process before he tries to do a full grooming. We have faith that Bill will work his magic again and wouldn't trust our dogs to anyone else!!

Bill has been taking care of our dogs and cat for years. He does a great job for a reasonable price and our dogs are happy to go there. No hesitation at all so I know they're being treated well. Can't recommend him highly enough. Suggest you try him for yourself. Then I'll be seeing your recommendation here.

Bill and Nina, thank you for 13 years of incredible care, haicuts and love for our Hoagie. We wouldn't go anywhere other than A-Canine Castle in our future. You guys are awesome.
