The fat guy in there is the worst employee. I wasn’t allowed to take my time to decide what I wanted and he was upset that I looked around for 5 minutes. He was nervous and scared for no reason lol

Love this smoke shop! Has a massive selection I'm 100% sure i drive them nuts cause I wanna see them all like a kid in a candy store! My favorite disposable vapes are flum gio any apple flavor if you have not, you should definitely try it! I recommend this shop because its clean, the workers are polite and very knowledgeable of their huge selection of products. Thanks guys!

This shop sells fakes! Be careful.I came to this shop about a week ago because a friend recommended it to me. He told me about the large selection of disposables. I came here and there in fact is a large selection. However, when it comes to the legitimacy of these products, it's all over the place. I specifically purchased an Elfbar. The first one I got was a fake. I scanned the QR code to verify and it sent me to elfDAR.com and not elfBAR.com, so I immediately knew it was fake. I took it back and asked if I could trade it. At first he said no, they don't do trades and was a bit hostile when questioning why I wanted to trade. I kept my cool and simply told him "I want a real one." He took the one I had from me and reluctantly agreed, not even acknowledging that his products are fakes. I don't recommend purchasing elfbars from here, but unfortunately I can't be 100% sure there are other fake brands in stock. Be sure to scan your products and verify the legitimacy before you leave. He will not let you trade if you open it.

Horrrible service!!! All his tobacco products are stale!! The owner wouldnt exchange his crappy product!! He said sue him!! Just cause I am Latino and brown he treated me like less !! Horrible ! Cancel this business!

They have a lot.. yes, are they nice.. ehhI Walked in knowing what I wanted in Nov. I had just ordered food down the way.. walked in sans mask and was told to leave..I did mention 'you sell things that give people cancer and yet you are afraid'..Went to a different shop and the attitude was far different..To each their own

This shop is the worst smoke shop in redondo beach don't come here seriously. I just moved to the area and I have been addicted to vapes for some years and this location seemed perfect but nope, bought a vape and it literally didn't work. Tried to exchange it for a more expensive one and pay the difference and he was extremely rude over 10 bucks??? You just lost thousands of dollars in business lmao and I'm going to make sure no one I know goes here ever again. Seriously the worst smoke shop I've ever been too. Sadly I know this review will reach few people but if you see this, DONT COME HERE. Spend your money some where else instead of feeding these guys money to spend on terrible tattoos, trust me. Oh and don't buy the puffs, completely fake. To the owner Essman, everytime you sell some fake cheap puff to someone you are losing on money... anyone with any business savviness knows this.. completely sad business. I will personally pay you money not to come here, all the products they buy are cheap wish/alibaba products.. buy a puff and you will know what I mean. Do not come here! Even if you are fiending for nic; I know the feeling but to not come here!

BEST SMOKE SHOP IN REDONDO Adam is the nicest guy ever and so is the other worker but the customer service is awesome and the shop has all the good products and they have all real products unlike these other smoke shops around here.

This shop is my new one stop shop which has everything from vaporizer products, to the most beautiful blown glass I've seen, to everything in between!!! The customer service is fantastic too!!! This fellow named Adam was so knowledgeable and really took his time explaining to me everything about each vaporizer product for flowers and concentrates. Just such a nice and knowledgeable friendly guy, who politely answered my ever question. I got the PAX 3, and a few other things, and CBD oil too!!! Adam was so very cool that when it came time to pay for everything, he gave me a discount, and not just taking off the tax, but hooked me up a fantastic deal and really made me feel appreciated!!! This is most definitely my new one stop shop, and not just for the top quality products, but this salesman Adam, who was so very nice!!! Thank you for reading this honest review of a very nice shop, with top quality products and customer service...especially this fellow named Adam!!! Thank you Adam!!!
