Genuinely one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten (Donna). Asked her not to file the previous gel off, just let it soak, but she did not listen. Did not clean nail off after adequately after removing polish and before putting the new on so there is stuff baked into the new manicure. It’s generally messy looking and unevenly shaped. I appreciated the offer to redo it but I couldn’t sit there for another 45 minutes while they redo the whole manicure. Both manicurist and pedicurist were very rude. 2 stars only bc they did offer to have someone else fix it if I wanted to come back

I have been here multiple times only out of convenience really, but each time I am there they treat me so terribly. The owner/manager is very rude and hostile, barley giving me a time to even look at colors before she rudely hurries to me to sit down. I had multiple experiences with the estheticians being extremely rude, obnoxious and just straight up disrespectful towards me. Sometimes they even do something as simple as a pedicure horribly, ignoring my requests and giving me terrible dirty looks. I had read multiple times that they are racist, and I am very much convinced that they are. Its only my fault that I went back multiple times, but its because I have been there so many times that it has become abundantly clear that they seem to treat other customers very differently then me and my family when my mother and sisters come in as well. It's disgusting.

Watch out, this place will not be clear about pricing and charge you many hundreds. I would def put this place into scam territory.

Where do I even begin? I have never spent over $100 on GelX nails only for them to last 10 days! I usually go to their sister store (OMG Nails) down the street but my regular nail lady was on vacation and the backup lady I use was busy. I thought let me go to their sister store what could go wrong? Like the old saying goes. If it ain't broken don't fix it. 2 nails broke within the first 3 days. I booked an appointment and went to my normal nail salon and my girl fixed it since she was back from vacation. She also fixed a nail that was half put on. The same night a 3rd nail broke. Went back the next day. My girl fixed my nails again. She asked me who did my nails at Bliss. I told her Katie. When my girl was done fixing my nails I told her I hope to not see her for another few weeks. Well I jinxed myself. Today, 2 more nails broke. That's a total of 5 nails! Between the new set and having to fix the broken nails. I've spent over $200! This weekend I will be going back to OMG Nails and having my girl replace this horrible set. Which will cost me another $100. Obviously quality and craftsmanship are not at all their locations.

I love bliss nail lounge! Linh is amazing at nail design - my nails come out perfect each time whether chrome, French tip or something simple. Bliss is also great at applying gel-x (new set or fills)

Vanessa was phenomenal! she done an amazing job with my Pedicure! I couldn't not be happier with her work! The place is clean and very friendly and welcoming. Great find!

Very happy with service. It was very easy to book an appointment online. The ladies were very nice. Price was reasonable. Tools were sanitized--new bag of tools for every customer. Gel Pedicure with callus removal $50 + $12 Nail extensions $69 extra $10 for select gel colors for both nails and toes

Katie did amazing!! I showed her a photo, and she executed it perfectly. She even customized it to how I wanted it. Katie made me feel comfortable, and she was gentle and patient :) I loved my experience here!

I want to write a good review, but this place boils my blood every time I go. The nail job is okay and hence the 2 stars, but what I can't stand is that I feel like I am being hustled every time I go. They are constantly trying to upsell and I hate it. They are especially trying to do it to my teen daughter. My daughter was repeatedly asked the type of manicure she wanted and she kept picking the cheapest one and the nail tech would then say back to her the most expensive one. This happened 4 times. The cost for chrome is $30 which is outrageous. Callous remover is $15. Everything is outrageously priced and you are asked at least 4 times to upgrade to various things. I feel like I always have to have my guard up here and ready to battle. It isn't relaxing, it's the opposite. I have come here at least 6 times and it's always the same experience. I have been to many other nail places and I have never had this feeling of being on guard anywhere else. It just feels icky!!

This is a fantastic nail salon! My daughter and I love coming here. I love how Rose makes you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in. Lynn has been amazing at replicating nail designs you find online. She is top notch I guarantee. Vanessa and Crystal are also wonderful with a gentle touch. Donna does great pedicures and has the magic touch especially when you need those Knot's worked out. Thank you so much ladies!!!

Don't ever get the hot gel it doesn't last any you pay the same as if it was a powder gel? And the color rubs off. I requested a powder gel fill they wouldn't do it so they did the hot wax which didn't even last a week plus my nails chipped. Don't let them talk you into filling your powder gel with hot gel you won't be happy. I used to come to this nail salon a lot changed to someone else. I guess I'll be going back to that other person. On top of that, they didn't do the cuticles and the pedicure was just awful. They didn't even massage my legs or feet.

Bummer > Super inflexible and unfriendly - literally not one person there smiled when I walked in or at any time. They refused to do what I asked for my manicure - which was to do a french manicure without using acetone on my nails after the base coat (because that defeats the whole purpose of applying a based coat). Seinfeld fans - expect the soup nazis of nails. Sad that customer service is non existent because the salon is clean and well located. Also, note that they do not have massage chairs for pedicures. Kathy was good but the manager was super unhelpful.

Katie is the best! Truly a talented nail artist, she only saw my inspo picture once and did exactly what I asked for.
