These guys are top notch all the way around. True professionals in every way. As a Banker with Bank of Hope, this group has truly become partners in getting apartment loans done. I highly recommend doing business with them. They will get you the best deal and almost as important, they are very honest. I really cannot say enough. Great job guys!

I can not say enough about Beach Lending. I was in the market of refinancing my existing mortgage as it was converting to a variable rate. I was not happy with the interest rate the bank was offering. I had saved a mailer from Beach Lending as they handle 5+ unit apartment buildings. Most banks and or mortgage companies only offer loans of $500,000.00 and above. Their loan amounts started at $250,000.00 I called their office. Spoke to Noah who was extremely knowledgeable. Time was of the essence as the interest rates were about to raise once again. The office helped me with all the documentation that was necessary and kept me informed every step of the way. Caesar and his team actually care about their customers, you are not just a number. So if you are looking for a loan, small or large, look no further than Beach Lending. I would highly recommend Beach lending to anyone. Ceasar and his whole team were amazing. They walked me through and explained every step of the refinancing process. Nik was also extremely helpful in making sure I understood and completed all the documentation needed. I have been working with Beach Lending for at least 10 years now. They have handled all of our family business apartment loans without a glitch EVER (knock on wood). They have long standing relationships with underwriters at local banks and this helps tremendously in preparing our loan packages being up to snuff from the beginning. Once our loan package is ready for loan approval, it is approved! No back and forth on missing documentation or explanations needed, they have covered every possible base! The great thing about Beach Lending is that they can do both commercial and residential loans, which are traditionally two different beasts but Cezar has a team for each so you are covered for either. It is so great to be able to have the commercial side just pass along our completed package to the residential side when we have a smaller 4 unit or less property in need of a loan. Kathy and Noah will keep you on track with all needed paperwork- they are disciplined (which I need!). Cezar, Vinny and Pete are lending veterans that can walk you through any possible scenario or snag to help you maximize leverage. I would highly recommend you contact Beach Lending if you're looking for a mortgage broker. They have the experience and sophistication of a bigger commercial loan firm but with the personalized service of a boutique firm that becomes intimately familiar with your portfolio.

Cezar and his team are truly amazing. I was turned down for a refi on my primary residence by another lender even though I had great credit score and long employment history. I have two rental properties and the other lender told me my debt to income ratio was not good. I asked the other lender to run the numbers again - but got the same result. I couldn't understand this as one of the rentals has no mortgage. A good friend told me to try Cezar. Cezar's team found my tax return had a $34,000 HOA deduction for one of the rentals, the other one was $3,400. My tax preparer quickly corrected the typo and filed an amended tax return. Thanks to Cezar and his top notch team I was able to take advantage of the low mortgage rates. I even took out some cash for a new kitchen and still have a lower payment than before. I highly recommend Beach Lending, they know their stuff.

Cezar and Olivia are the best. I have two private Optometry offices in LA county and have been using their merchant services for many years. I needed to update my current credit card machines and Olivia immediately went to work. She discovered that both of my current machines only needed a software update to be able to accept Apple pay. The update was done remotely. By the way, we are getting incredibly good rates for credit card processing also! Thanks again Cezar and Olivia for your excellent service!

Cezar is knowledgeable, patient, prepared and my sense is that he is genuinely concerned with my best interests. He made the process of understanding mortgages fairly painless. It's confusing enough without having a good resource like Beach Lending to draw on.

I can't say enough about how great it was working with Cezar and Paula at BeachLending! We just about had PTSD from our last loan, and it was imperative that we get out of that loan as soon as possible. Cezar just made it so easy. He was flexible on his meeting hours, gently encouraging when we were dragging our feet and always there to answer every question, with patience and grace! His energy is infective and his knowledge of the industry is all-encompassing! He offers more than just mortgages and so he also helped us get our life insurance together, as well as helping us find the perfect property and automobile insurance, so now everything is in one place. He always made us feel like we were the most important thing to him. We will definitely continue to work him and recommend him to everyone we know!

Cezar and his staff have helped me several times over the years to find the best mortgages and now insurance as well. Any time I've ever had a question, I get an answer back in a timely fashion. Cezar has personally followed up with me on logistics that have pleasantly surprised me that he takes that much time with clients. Spoke to Cezar about getting a refinance estimate yesterday. He told me he would email it to me by end of the day or the next morning. It's now close to the end of the business day. I left a message and didn't hear a response and haven't received any emails. Edit: So he called me at 6:30 and said that he had researched and couldn't do my refinance for me. Not sure why he couldn't give me any update that it was going to be later than promised but whatever.
