I ordered a watch from them through Amazon. After that I saw these google reviews I was pretty freaked out thinking maybe I was scammed ( their price was about 100 lower then most retail stores ). They shipped my watch the next day, using 2 day and I promptly received the watch. It arrived brand new and in perfect working order. I really don't see what all these reviewers are talking about. The only thing I would note is this is a "Grey Market" seller and the watch manufacture will likely not honor any warranty. That said, you save a bunch of money upfront. I'm happy with my purchase and what was received.

Store is a Scam. All the reviews are true. They sell through Amazon, create the Usps tracking but never actually send the item. Avoid at all costs.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Charged for a watch that was never sent. It seems this is an ongoing scam with this place. They do not respond to any form of customer contact. STAY AWAY!

I went into Beach Cities Watch Company and purchased a replacement battery and they offered a 5 year warranty. When I purchased this the lady that helped me out said that if it goes out in the next 5 years, just come back in and they can pull up my information in their computer (that i don't even need to hold the copy of the receipt). When I called today the lady that i spoke with said their old system crashed and that they would not honor this unless I had a receipt (which was different than what i was originally told) and now they will not honor this which they said they would originally. I will not be going back to this store for any of my watch needs in the future.

Waited 3 weeks for an in stock item to be delivered. To find out they never shipped it. Congrats at sucking!! Update: Item was never in stock. ?’s simply sell items they don’t have.

JUNK, JUNK, JUNK. The watch I received from this company, via Amazon, lasted just 4 months. On top of that insult, they have not responded to my attempt for assistance in a refund, either when I reached out directly or when Amazon attempted to get a response from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Never shipped the item I purchased not even an email to let me know they never had the product I ordered. There was literally no interaction from them other than automated emails. Just as everyone else says stay away!

Ordered a watch from Beach Cities Watch Company through their Amazon storefront. Although they entered USPS tracking info, that same tracking number showed they never shipped the watch. I contacted them through their Amazon storefront. They responded and claimed the watch must be lost in transit. They offered to either refund my money or to send a replacement watch. I requested they send me the watch. They instead refunded my money and failed to respond to my email requesting that they send me the watch. Seems others who've posted reviews are experiencing similar challenges with poor customer service and questionable business practices. C'mon, folks, do better and be better. Very disappointing.

Do not trust this company with online purchases from Amazon. Ordered a Seiko via Amazon. Waited two weeks watch was never shipped by them. Phone numbers listed are disconnected and company doesn't return emails. Avoid at all costs.

I would advise you not to buy a watch from this place. I ordered a watch from this company and not only did I receive it defective watch but when I sent it back and they charged me a restocking fee. Why would you charge me a restocking fee for something that is broken? I never asked to return the watch, I asked to exchange a watch that your company provided that was defective, but you charged me a restocking fee? Why doesn't that make sense? You're going to do what you want anyways but I recommend you buy your products from another company. There are plenty of them out there that might have a better return policy or better service........or not give you broken products

Do not buy from them online, first shipment lost paid extra for expedited shipping and still havent shipped, you cant get ahold of them either, horrible business

No option for 0 stars. I bought a watch from them on Amazon. Once the watch was delivered (way past expected shipping date) the watch was not working. I notified the company and said I will be returning the watch being that it is defective. Once they received the return they charged me $259.88 for a restocking fee. That is over half the cost of what I paid for the watch. Now they ignore my messages. Please save your time and money. Horrible company.
