Can't find a nicer group of people. Having a nice, friendly auto repair shop that knows what they're doing is like finding gold. This shop specializes in Rovers, and it's all they do. Thus, they know what problems to look for even if you don't. Call ahead for appointment though, they're busy.

Honest service! I have taken 2 vehicles to these guys and they never tried to upsell me on unnecessary stuff, they just explained the cars' needs in a straighforward manner. Fair pricing. Also shout out to Jose for helping me out today when my car started leaking coolant! Highly recommend this place for Jaguar and Land Rover service.

After many frustrating services at SB & Anaheim Hills Landrover, I went to Beach Cities and I couldn’t believe the difference in their efficiency and kindness. My light was on for windshield fluid and coolant so the guys filled it up and didn’t charge me! I even tried to tip and Jesse would not accept it. It’s so nice to come to an honest service place with excellent customer service, especially for a woman! Super hassle free and no anxiety - it’s my GO-TO place from now on ?

Jesse is the best! Hands down! My main complaint is that after I was told "bring it in now, we'll check it" (I've driven there on two occasions, which is over 15 miles), when I arrived, I was told to leave it or we can't check it now. I can't just leave it. Of course, this only happened when Jessie wasn't at the shop. I know the shop is busy and things can change in 30-40 mins. I wish they were closer. I use to get a rental car and I could just leave it. Even as frustrating as those two occasions were, Jessie and Leo are great to work with and they do a great job! On the other hand, I have left messages with Neil to have Jesse call me when he's available. Never heard back so I have to assume the messages were not relayed. I have recommended this shop to others.

I was so relieved to finally find a place where I can have my car services other than the Land Rover South Bay dealership. Beach City Rovers offers beyond reasonable appointments (the dealership had 3-4 week appointment wait) Their team is very diligent in inspecting your vehicle and will return it to you in a timely matter. Their fees are reasonable. Totally satisfied customer

I was very hesitant coming here because many beach businesses are overpriced, but BCR is so close to me I thought I'd give it a try. They fixed my 2013 RR Sport issue, kept me informed along the way, and then I was able to pass SMOG. Everybody here including the techs were friendly and helpful. Even came back to have them quickly look at something during my lunch break and they took care of me. I never once felt like they were after my money. My Land Rover's engine imploded on the freeway. I called the local LR dealer and was told they could examine the car in 6 weeks. A friend recommended Jesse and Leo and Beach Cities Rover. They were life-savers. The car's extended warranty covered bumper-to-bumper repairs, yet that entry balked. The Beach Cities Rover team was of great assistance in procuring a re-built engine as addressed under the warranty. These mechanics are top-flight and were instrumental in repairing my car with far more professional and timely care than any LR dealership.

Great job on my 2011 Range Rover Sport by this professional and detailed-oriented service crew!! The vehicle is running like new and passed Smog Test in flying colors!! Will revisit for any mechanical issues and suggest others do the same receiving valued service and pricing!!

If you have a land rover of any kind and live in the south bay, there is NO ONE BETTER!! they are the best. Honest, great service, over the top quickness, everything you could want in a mechanic. We trust them entirely! Thank you!
