Very nice the staff is wonderful polite. They will go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. It is very friendly parking is great I would recommend it.

Not a good atmosphere. Used to have drinking water, towels & childcare. All gone. No sauna.

My dad loves the free gym program. The gym is well run and clean. Whitney, Jacob, all of the front desk team are amazing. Except for Julie, who is curt and not helpful when scheduling.

I have to agree with a number of the other reviewers. The staff in the Beach Cities Gym are very disorganized. I feel they act like well-paid typical government workers. There is zero passion towards their job and the gym clients and they definitly appear to have quite dysfunctional cliques going on between management and subordinates.
