Raul is the man! He helped us with our banking needs and was so great to work with. It was our first time opening a joint bank account and he was able to get us all set up very quickly.

Bank of America needs to shut this location down and open a small branch nearby. The building is too big and the staff is inefficient at handling customers. There is always a long wait to get serviced at the counter meanwhile there are lots of employees just wandering around looking lost. Banks like Chase and Kinecta have done this with great success. Time to get rid of this dinosaur location!

Had a great experience here with employee Owen. Husband and I scheduled the first available appointment on a Saturday morning to take care of some important business. It was quiet, clean, and hardly any other customers around 10 am. Owen was relaxed, knowledgable, and made great conversation with us while getting the job done. We enjoyed working with him so much that I asked for his card to contact him directly for appointments and banking needs- he gave us great info to follow up on as well. Keep it up Owen and see you in the future!

Don’t let the good location fool you. This branch is full of incompetent useless employees such as SHAMIM & the BRANCH MANAGER. I have been banking with Bank of America since 1990. I came into the bank on my lunch break hoping to make a usual and sometimes monthly transfer. I have an older card that doesn’t have a chip and SHAMIM already let me know this card doesn’t work without even trying. The card indeed works. The branch manager asked her to use a special machine for the transaction. I could tell by how long it was taking SHAMIM that she had no idea what she was doing. After what seems like 10 minutes of her fumbling through the transaction she slides the card incorrectly multiple times and states, this card doesn’t work. I asked for the manager, he then turned me away without trying yo assist with the transaction. He advised “maybe you should use the ATM” I responded, if I could use the ATM I wouldn’t have come inside the bank to do my business. I was again turned away after both employees inquired why I was making a transfer in this area. I just so happen to work one block from the bank. I had no idea I wasn’t allowed to use different banking locations. I felt racially and demographically profiled. As a long standing customer, this is unacceptable. I will never return yo this location. I will also make it a point to inform my customers who live in the area to avoid this location due to the unfair practices and treatment.I was able to complete my transaction at the branch on 222 N Catalina Ave. Ernesto was a great help to me!

Rididulous Manager. Refused to help me without an appointment even though another manager was sitting there with no client!

I have had accounts with Bank of America in another state for well over 30 years and know many people who also use BoA. I recently moved to this area and needed to conduct some business with the bank. I can only say that I have never been subjected to such lack of professionalism, just plain rudeness and disrespect from the staff at this branch. I will be closing all my accounts at Bank of America and will tell my business associates about the most unbelievable and rude behavior I have ever been exposed to.

Employees are extremely rude. Specifically the guy in the window. They don’t try to accommodate someone who is in urgent need for assistance. Not the first time it happened. Definitely do not recommend this branch. Take your money elsewhere where they value their customers.

My normal branch has been "temporarily closed" for over a year. I drive to the next closest, 15min away, and the hours posted online are wrong... they are closed on Saturdays, not open 10A - 1P as advertised. Very frustrating and a waste of my time. Very long term customer. May need to rethink who I bank with.

A bank that can’t be open on Saturdays is a bank I can’t do business with.

Shortening lobby hours does not make us more safe. It actually makes us less safe because it’s more crowded when it’s open. I think Bank of America makes enough money that they can afford to hire a few more people.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. The teller was so slow the customer in front of me asked if this was her first week. She said no very loudly and was offended. I waited 25 minutes with only two people ahead of me. I requested to speak to the Manager for assistance on an item and he was even ruder. Ahmed the Manager will cause this branch to loose business. By the time I left the line was out the door and the Manager was hiding crouched low in his cubicle with only one teller. If Ahmed continues to be the Manager I will never go there again.

I just came from there and worked with Paull Lee who really must listen more to the customer. My drivers license is cracked and several times I told him to please be careful it is about to break. He managed to break it. No apologies, no empathy, nothing. Thanks to him and Bank of America I now must pay for a replacement license. Thank you again for listening to the customer.

Worst bank on earth! Closing branches without notice, ATM's that don't work. When open, only one teller... Predatory fees and practices. LEAVE BANK OF AMERICA. This is the only way they will change.
