Everyone is so supportive and kind here. Especially a relationship worker called Mr.Laurens was amazing. I can recommend people who open your first bank account in the US. I received wonderful customer service.

So they built a bank and did not have the consideration to level the ATM parking so one now has to fight their hill, gravity, and the car door to exit one’s car, to use the ATM. As with all BOA branches one has to enter one’s card twice when checking one’s balance, a true waste of time when checking one’s balance prior to making a transaction. The Bank of Fee’s is Bank of America. Only the tip of the iceberg when dealing with this monster bank. Probable inception by Giannini the Gangster of San Francisco, as the Bank of America was started and initially called the Bank of Italy. Many fee making services were created by this gangster. Viva tutti Italiani, ma no questi banca della il malviventi. Ciao.

Ernesto was a great help tome today. I had a horrible experience at the PCH location where I was turned away for trying to make a transfer with a debit card that doesn't have a chip. Ernesto was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Ernesto even apologized for the bad service I received from the previous branch. I appreciated being treated with respect. Thank you Ernesto.

Very surprised after reading the reviews on this branch, I have been banking with this branch since March 1993, and I have never experienced any poor customer service!

Shortest lines with the longest waits! Seems to be a training facility for other BofAs.

My elderly parents have had an apartment business account at this branch for over forty years. My father recently lost his atm card. My parents went into the branch to order a new card and check for fraudulent activity. They were told that all representatives were booked for the day with appointments and they couldn't help them. They were advised to call the B OF A number for assistance. My parents went home and tried this. Both my parents are on the account. They (Bof A)would not allow my mother to help my dad answer his security questions. This could have been avoided if they would have Handled their problem at the branch. I advised my parents that at a Wells Fargo branch they would have checked for fraudulent activity, ordered me a new card and given me a tempory card, without an appointment (I have done this in the past). My parents are loyal, but I think this was the last straw. This branch is a terrible represenative for all Bank of Americas

I'm a 37 year B of A customer. This branch is the best one within 5 miles of my apartment, which is important given the horrible overall quality of B of A banks. Employees have been polite and the atmosphere is relaxed compared to other branches, probably because it is near the beach and isolated from other businesses. Always uncrowded and parking is plentiful. Non-teller business usually has a wait but bank is comfortable and pleasant, so it's not an issue. This branch is the sole reason I haven't switched to another banking company.

Is this the branch where they put all their worst employees? Every time i go to this one branch something odd happens. My favorite was when i tried to cash a check before having an account there and was refused because the check said "Chris" instead of "Christopher" which was on my ID. The older woman who is always there, maybe the manager, seems to be the problem. She and some of the other staff are complete idiots. And their other employees never last long, quick turnover rate here. I wonder why? I am pretty sure this last stop for incompetent B of A employees.
