Ally McPets is a godsend for those trying to arrange care for their pets when drawn out-of-town for fun or work! We were scrambling to find someone who could care for a 10-week year old kitten we rescued two weeks before a previously scheduled vacation. The kitten had warmed up to us after having being abandoned and we were concerned our absence would set him back (possibly permanently). Ally McPets saved the day. The kitten took to the person they assigned to feed and visit him. While we were away, we enjoyed the daily reports and pictures that were sent. When we returned, it was like the kitten never missed a beat. Thank you Ally McPets for being there!

Absolutely love Ally McPets! We have used them to walk out two golden retrievers who are 10-1/2 years apart. Katrina has been our usual walker beginning when our puppy was 4 months old. She is outstanding as is Amber, who walked them when Katrina was on vacation. The first time occurred when we were out of state and we had a house/dog sitter. Let me tell you, I didn't have to worry about a thing. They do an in depth meet and greet beforehand and ask good questions. The dogs were very happy to walk with these kind, wonderful ladies. The procedures for booking and paying for the services are very easy too and they are so prompt at getting back to you. An added bonus is that after services are performed, you get pictures of your pets along with a status report. If you treasure your fur babies, they are in good hands with Ally McPets!!

I have had nothing but peace of mind with Ally McPets. I have two large dogs, both rescues, one Mastiff and a Tripawd Shepherd. Needless to say, it's a handfull for the less experienced. As an overprotective dog mom, I am extremely picky with their care and I can only image how difficult I am to serve as a customer. Jill and specifically Janan have BLOWN my MIND with how on top of it they have been with my two pups. MAJOR shout out to Janan, who has been professional, responsive, clean, thorough, compassionate, communicative, diligent and clearly loves my fur kids! I truly appreciate that Jill and her team approach pet care with a mindset of being a pet owner themselves, and what is best for your pets. From the introduction to the billing and booking process, Ally McPets is on top of their game. Highly recommend to anyone especially seeking in-home care for pets better served apart from a kennel environment. We love you Janan!

Jill and her staff are so fantastic and professional. All our animals, cats, bunnies, guinea pig and cockatiels don't seem to care if we're gone or not. The plants get watered as well. We Highly recommend Ally Mcpets.

I can't tell you how relieved we are to have found Ally McPets! I can finally travel with peace of mind our beloved pets and home are safe and very well cared for! Jill is a true professional in her field and has a staff of friendly experts that will come to your home and take care of not just the pets but they tend to the trash, lights, mail, etc. so your home will be secure and appear lived in while you're away. When you're a new customer, you will have a meet and greet with Jill and her staff member coming to your home to meet you and the pets. Jill asks lots of details and also you'll complete a very nice profile on you, the pets, home, alarms, medications, anything else that is needed. Everything is documented and followed to a T. We traveled for 2wks and our 3 cats were very well cared for, loved and happy with their visits with professional pet expert Janan. Janan sent via email and also thru my account with Ally McPets a thorough report of what was done with each 30min visit, including photos of the kitties looking very happy(even our very shy kitty was comfortable!!). Litterboxes were kept super clean, including the areas around the boxes(one kitty is BIG guy, he's messy). My only regret is not finding Ally McPets sooner.

If you are looking for a pet sitter for any occasion, look no further! Ally McPets exceeded all of our expectations, and we know our fur babies were so well taken care of while we were on vacation. We found our new go-to sitter and we couldn’t be happier about it. :)

We love our pet sitters! Scheduling is straightforward, the sitters are available if there are any questions, issues are quickly communicated and we get pictures at every visit. I think the cats are disappointed when we get back, they love the playtime and attention with the sitters. I feel comfortable leaving my boys in Jill's sitters' capable hands.

From my first communication, our intake, and every dog walk, we've received top notch service. They send cute report cards with a picture and I can schedule services in advance. Unbelievably reliable. Today, my dog had a medical issue while on a walk. From the management to the walker, it was professionalism, care, and communication at its best. They called myself, my husband, and provided detailed feedback to provide our doctor. I felt reassured that my pup was well taken care of and was able to quickly get him. Even afterwards they checked in on him and us. Wow. Do yourself and your animal family a favor and sign up with Allys.

Amazing company. This was my first time using Ally McPets services and I am very happy with the care they provided for my pets. They were quick to respond to my initial email and were very professional during the meet& greet. They took notes and asked questions regarding the needs for my two birds and guinea pig. During the week we were out of town I received daily reports with pictures that assured me my pets needs were met. I look forward to using their services when I go out of town and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best care for their pets. Ollie, Sophia and Winter are so grateful to have had Adrienne take care of them.
