The Korean owner has issues for sure.... I called to inquire about a roof rack for a Lexus, the guy said he had it and it's $150. I ask ed him if he would do better.......... and he went shouting like REALLY? REALLY? I was like I'll pay you cash. So he said I'll do $130 and HUNG UP ON ME! I would not buy from this place even if they pay me. When the seller is acting with attitude and making the buyer feel like their hopeless. There is EBay and there is a bunch of other junk yard places all over. I bet you loose customers everyday.

BEWARE read reviews. Worst place to buy parts I went in to see if they had a part and right off the batt he told me if i knew it was $150 and i said sure. I asked to see the part to see if it was good. he was hesitant like if he wanted me to say yes to buying without seeing the part. so finally someone brought it out and they pointed at the crack on the part. i asked what the best price he could do was. He said $150 with an attitude and immediately he said are you taking it or not. i asked if he could do a little better cause of the crack i would, he said you should just buy a new one. JUST SAY NO BRO dont have to be rude. Went on ebay and ordered a complete part for $90, Thank god for EBAY, these small businesses are getting it twisted on customer service. It was this asian dude in the back counter that helped me out. LKQ had the part for $170 just thought i'd give mom and pop shop a try but man its getting harder and harder for some of them to get business cause they think we are in the 90s when there was no reviews.

They were super helpful! Found an oem windshield for my car and even recommended a guy who cameover to install it! Great service!

These guys have the worst customer service. They tell you that they have the part but will take sime time to get it off the car. They'll give you a time to come back, and 9/10 times, they wont have it ready for you when you return. Twice also I have gotten bad parts. No apologies, and their attitude is the worst.

jay @ boneyard comes off a lil rough at first but knows what he is doing. will make sure you recieve the correct part so your mechanic doesn't have to work twice. thnx jay i'll make sure i keep my overflow coming your way...
