Visited this location yesterday. I was confused as my vet said my dog needed to have grain in her diet. After speaking with a knowledgeable employee, I realized that wasn't true. I appreciated her knowledge and explaination of why that wasn't true. I was there to purchase Ziwe Peak dog food and she assured me it was a good choice. Highly recommend this location.

I have a lot of pets, 1 dog, 3 cats, and 8 fish. They have a large variety of of dog and cat supplies but they don't have anything for tropical fish. Their dog wash stations are nice and large and usually don't have a wait

I've been a customer of Centinela Feed since I moved to the South Bay in 2015. As a senior, I appreciate the great sales prices and variety. But I have to say that I will no longer be a customer of your Redondo Beach location. Why? Because almost every time I go to pick up an online order in that location, a woman (sometimes the manager) treat you like a thief. This evening, around 5pm I went to pick up one item. The manager (woman with long dark hair) went to get my order. I pulled out my ID. When she returned she said, "Now I need the last 4 digits of your credit card." I did not have the credit card but logged on to your website using my phone and looked at my order, then gave her the last 4 digits. Then she said, 'Now I need to see the credit card." I informed her that it is a virtual card that I use specifically for your store and that I do not have a physical card. She then stated that I needed to show the actual card. I again told her virtual means not physical. She eventually gave me my order and said next time I needed to show the card. There won't be a next time. (When purchasing with a debit card or credit card, you need not show anything). Is it your intention to make customers feel like thieves? I said this to her. That is exactly how I felt trying to pick up one item that I ordered. -Show order number -Show your id -Show last 4 of credit card -Show credit card When leaving, she said in a condescending way, "Have a nice day." As black people, we frequent places where we're not profiled and also treated with respect like everyone else. This Redondo Beach location profiles and does not treat you with respect. I will not be going back to this location ever again. (PS Torrance location is the exact opposite and treat their customers well).

Friendly staff, well stocked, clean store. Large selection of pet foods and supplies. Stopped in for some cat food, quickly directed to the correct section. Prices are reasonable. Good place to find different brands of pet food.

I use these guys mainly for their self serve dog wash. Which is always clean and well maintained, soap and plenty of clean towels always available and included with wash. Staff is always friendly. Greet me as soon as I walk in and ask if I need any help. Affordable priced dog treats and other goods.

We love this store! The customer service is top notch. They listen to pet issues (feeding, training etc) and offer great solutions. It is always reassuring to know when trying new products for my dogs that their return policy is very generous. All the employees here have been exceptional. Molly has been very supportive of our feeding issues with our dogs and offered healthy options and support for us. Quality products and incredible staff.

Went in looking for something very specific and the GM (Carlos?) was super helpful. Very knowledge of all the options and gave great tips like which one was lower fat for my dig that has gall bladder issues. I can see why he's the GM. My dog started eating again. Thx for your help!

The staff at this location are soooo helpful. They know their stock and are happy to help you find whatever you need for your pet. Plan to try the self serve dog wash very soon.

Huge thanks to Madison for all her help! My dog's been having a rough week and needed some all natural, sensitive stomach food, and she helped me pick out the perfect options! Conveniently located in Redondo w a huge parking lot and stays open late so you can go after work! Thanks for everything!

Employees are not helpful and couldn't care less. The self wash is old and hard to operate. I won't be going back.

Needed to change up my dogs food.I was interested in trying some of the frozen food that's available. Was directed to ask Dane for help. He was very knowledgeable and explained my options to me.I bought the one he suggested and my dog loved it. Everyone who works there is helpful and friendly.

Rude! The women who claims to be the store manager in Redondo Beach is offensively impolite, rude and on a power trip. I just got a new puppy and started coming here for supplies. I will never go to them again. Avoid
