I tried to go to wash one thing (not dry) but the manager working said they were closed and wouldn't even open the door to talk to me. He rolled his eyes at me. I got there at 12:15, 45 minutes before the advertised closing hours of 1:00 and they wouldn't let me in. If you advertise that you close at 1:00, then that's when you close. You need to advertise the "last time to come in" rather than your closing hours if you're going to have an imaginary cutoff time.

THANK YOU...thank you...thank you for the clean and well maintained laundromat.FIRST TIME visitor but not my last?♀️?♀️. Recently washed here. Place was clean and new washers in place with no price increase.. Best in Redlands. Rarely a nut job. People overall friendly.

This place is a lot better then my apartment complex and the dryers are excellent. Plus in the same center they have a excellent donuts shop.

Clean environment and plenty of accessible washers and dryers. I was able to wash my large comforter.

I'm a local. And please please get some of the stuff fixed. When it gets crowded it gets bad. I know its easier said than done but I hope to see new or fixed machines soon. I had to travel to a different spot to dry clothes. Big hassle.

Been coming here for a few years but recently it’s gone down. Before it was always clean , now it’s not so clean and half if not most of the reg machines don’t work. Needs upkeep nowadays

Every time I have come to Wishy Washy. It’s always clean. Well kept laundry mat. And the nice gentleman that was working there handed out quarters a bucks worth I believe. Nice of him.

I like this location and I assume the prices are about average I don't know. The owner seems nice enough too when we've seen him in there.My beef is broken machines. They never get fixed and every time we go lately there's more. Last time we went almost 3/4 of all dryers were down, more than half. (Literally) I did the math because we had time to kill and there's about 3 washers now or close for every one dryer.That's a recipe for disaster. We waited over 2 hours to get a drier watching some people dragbout wet clothes to go elsewhere. Our neighbors are hanging clothes that go there. A homeless man left his cart in there and security was no where to be found. Since the wait is longer now not having restroom access for the kids is a problem. We saw 2 men almost come to blows over a dryer.One washer near where we sit has been down for 5 weeks now.If you're not going to fix it, pull it and put in a fern.Floors dirty even at opening.No offense but does the owner do anything but empty out the cash and open close the door?You're bleeding customers right now up to yo what you do about it.But you have a real emergency on your hands.

$2 washes & $.25 driers with for 10 minutes quarters only and change makers 3rd time coming back because these washers get my clothes really clean & soft and help with my current budget

Clean good prices quiet not too many people there. Plus while I wait for my clothes there's a cafe next door that I can eat at. It's called Caroline's Cafe. But there's one problem that's happened to me twice their machines are empty when you want to get quarters or change I had to go to another laundromat twice. And another thing if you try to call that number they don't answer the phone and I've never seen anybody in there that works there

This laundromat is great. I love it and the young gentleman who works here in the nights in the afternoon is polite and helpful. The only reason I wouldn’t leave a 5 star review, isn’t really because of the place but because of some of its patron’s. It’s annoying and rude to come here and to see that 8 dryers are taken up because someone put it at the beginning of their day and then won’t come until hours later. I wish there was something enforced here where the employees would take these clothes out and put it in a certain area after a certain time period. It’s down right rude considering this place is busy.

I can’t thank the man working at the laundromat enough for helping me, his kindness as life has been difficult at best. The kindness and insight and uplifting words of encouragement blessed me during this difficult time. The place was busy but machines available and the prices helped me get it all done. As long as I’m in this area I will continue to do my laundry here!

It's clean. One young man has been there everytime I have been. The second time I went I thought they closed at 10pm (it's 9pm) he was so nice even though it was my mistake. Now I am sure to get there at 8pm. Also the 1 load washers are only $1.75.
