“The staff here are very helpful and courteous. I was happy to source all the janitorial supplies I need for my business at a good price. I appreciate that the window cleaning solution I purchased was an ultra concentrate - so it will last a long time!I bought buckets, squeegees, mops, dust mops, brooms, chemicals - the works! We’ve been using the tools now for quite a few months and everything is holding up really well.”

“A friend bought me a Sam's club membership, so I was able to have access to this gas station. She felt it was a safer area to get my gas for cheaper. It's definitely convenient and nice. I like using my phone to scan and get gas.”
“Clean, fast lines, good product choices and friendly cashiers. The only thing odd about the visit was the issue with processing payment- I had to run my card 3 times and according to the cashier and another fellow customer its a known issue when using the debit option..”

“We shop at both Costco and Sam's club. Sam's has some things that don't come in such large quantities like ready made salads. Since it's just the two of us, we don't waste food. When we entertain we will get the larger quantity salad from Costco. We really like having the options of the two different quantities. That's just one example, but I'm sure you get the idea. One thing that Sam's has that Costco doesn't is the Scan N Go app. If you've never used it, you definitely have to check it out. You scan the item when you add it to your shopping cart and get to bypass the checkout line. It always makes me laugh when I see people standing in line when they could just use the app. When you get to the exit, the employee who checks your receipt scans your phone and you are out and on your way. I really wish Costco would do this too.”
“I am extremely happy with their service at the San Bernardino branch and their delivery driver Juan. Art was very knowledgeable and courteous, his diligence and ability to get the materials delivered to me, take in mind that I was 85 miles away from their location, The Riverside Branch was also very helpful with helping to fill my order. I was pressed for time and the shingle color was no where to be found in my area. They were able to coordinate my material request. I have purchased from both locations before and I am are very satisfied. The materials were delivered on time and were loaded properly. I look forward to working with them for my roofing needs.”
“One observation is that the earlier you go, you can shop at your leisure, because then there is not even anywhere to park, which is a case when there are a lot of people.”
“Needed to stop at Costco or Sam's for a few things en route back home from a quick weekend trip to PS. The closest ones were in the opposite direction in Palm Desert therefore decided to stop at this location which is conveniently located right off the I-10.I was hoping it would not be packed during a weekday but then again it was a holiday (MLK). Was able to get in and out fairly quickly being it was so crowded! Employees were very efficient and friendly as well. Parking was a nightmare though!”
“So today I was running 5 mins late for tires at Sam's. Brianna made me feel comfortable and said I had about 10-15 mins for the appointment. Today was raining and I got my wind shield wiper blades done. During my wait I found out I have a stud problem. Brianna guided me on what to and told me to come back in the day to get my tires done after I get the stud fixed. She is awesome. I want to thank her and her partner for their professionalism. I was so lost but she made my day better because I will be driving my car safely.”

“Curbside pickup. I have 4 little ones with me, and Curbside pickup is always my go-to. Since I've been doing Curbside pickup, 5 years now, only 2 times have I experienced an issue with my order (items missing or wrong items given to me) and making this right has been an easy process. First, i tried calling the store (1 out 2 they answered and assisted), when unavle to get a hold of then, I called customer service and they instantly refunded the missing items. I will continue to do Curbside pickup until it is no longer convenient for me.”

“They were open on Saturday excellent place for Licensed AC and Heating people, had my AC capacitor in stock, the gentlemen behind the counter were good. The price was also fair. The only reason i gave them a 4 star and not 5 review is the rough area in San Bernardino but thats not Johnstone fault.”

“I lost my phone and Alex helped me. She is a supervisor, and I spoke with her several times. Every time I wanted to speak with her she was very busy, but she would take a few minutes to look in the lockbox to see if it was returned. Finally after several hours it was returned. Alex was so kind and helpful, and I'm grateful for all of her help! I'm also grateful for the young men retrieving the carts that day! Great job!”

If you have a small business or a pop up food stand they have a lot of goodies that you'll need and to answer a few questions you can shop here even if you don't have a membership but there's 3 limitations which are no shellfish, no alcohol and no returns so that means that all sales are final.”

“This location is always clean, well stocked, and the produce selection is good. The employees are friendly and helpful. Tonight specifically, it was my first time trying a "drive-up pick-up" order. I didn't want to be an inconvenience, but they looked very busy/backed up. So rather than waiting, I asked if I could just pick the items myself and simultaneously take an order off their plate.. Eric was so friendly, so helpful. I ended up being more of an inconvenience rather than lightening their workload, so I apologized endlessly but Eric and a couple other gentlemen were so nice, reassuring, and friendly. I normally shop myself using scan and go which is awesome. I LOVE when they have the "alcohol for Scan and Go" checkout lane open, but sometimes it's closed.”
