Jamie and the team at WC Motorsports treated me with respect, gave me an excellent price and were patient. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for an RV and or a Motorcycle. They provide an RV specialist that goes over the entire vehicle operation with you when you purchase from them. Don't hesitate to talk with Jamie as they will treat you right!

I emailed and talked to Jamie at this store about purchasing a camper over 2 weeks ago. The camper had just been posted. I asked about shipping up to our state and then he never responded. I waited a week and then emailed the company saying I tried talking with someone but they stopped responding. Unfortunately it was Jamie who responded. I told him I had the money to pay for the camper and he said he was waiting on the title from the original owner and would let me know shipping costs. Then the next day he emails again saying he sold the camper to someone else. Horrible customer service. Do not go here.

I bought a class b rv there in April that has all kinds of problems. So much corrosion everywhere that the lithium batteries do not work correctly. I had to contact a Roadtrek specialist who works nearby and he is fixing everything, which is expensive and there are not a lot of people who work on these things. The alternator that charges the lithium batteries and all the connections were all corroded and the alternator diodes were burned. Plus, pretty much everything on the bottom of the van. It was a few months ago that I bought the van and the problems were not apparent to me right away. Get an inspection on any RV you buy. I will from now on. This RV was $89,000 and this dealership was unwilling to negotiate the price. They insisted they had to put new tires on the van, but they wanted to put some crap 500 mile tires on it. I was finally able to get them to put Michelin Agilis tires on, but I had to pay $600 more to get the quality tires over the crap tires they were going to put on it. On top of all this the bank that issued the loan has not received the title or any of the paperwork the dealership was supposed to send.

I'm always cautious with dealers based on a lot of bad experiences but I was pleasantly surprised with West Coast Motorsport. The hey went above and beyond to inspect our 2017 Mirada select RV and addressed two issues I had. They also provided a bunch of the necessary accessories that I know ere not already in it and that was not expected but appreciated. No games or fees and lowest doc fee I've seen yet.

Never in my life have I run into such dishonest people. I purchased 2017 C class RV from them. First it took over two months for me to get the pink slip. Everyone from the salesman to the owner to the motor home inspection person lied through their teeth. The motorhome has been parked since I purchased it in January. I was unable to take it anywhere. Here's a small list of the items that were wrong with it. I did make several phone calls asking to speak to the person who inspected it and told me everything worked great the calls were never returned. The door going into the coach is broken--- all the way through. The tires do not match.!!! who Does that. The owner of the company told me they would replace the tires! The roof had a large hole drilled in it to run a wire that was just laid across the top of the RV. The roof needed to be redone. The electrical on the entire driver side all the way to the back of the RV did not work. There were wires thrown underneath the couch with an outlet that had gotten hot And melted. It was taped up with electrical tape. I am lucky I did not burn the coach down. The large slide on the driver side of the couch also does not retract all the way. The coach had been backed into some thing and the very top had been repaired and painted. The awning does not operate correctly. The only plug in the kitchen area of the coach did not work. The shower floor when you step into the shower felt like you were going to go through the bottom of the coach. The entire shower had to be removed and repaired. The coach batteries were five years old and needed to be replaced. That is only a partial list!!! I understand I bought a used coach. But I also did not believe that I would have three people lie to me about the condition. If this review can save one person from the heartache that I've been through and over $7000 of repairs. Purchasing an RV from a private party or broker or dealer should be a pleasant experience. I've never ever in 65 years of life ran into anyone like Jaymie and his group of people that work for him. No thank you for your business....no thank you....just lies and taking advantage of a widow. Run run run run---liars and thieves. Still haven't decided if I am taking them to small claims court. Hope my review of this dealer helps someone. Any good reviews are probably written by the

I sent an email with an offer on Sunday, April 17 and I got a respond within a couple of hours. Email said that I need my own financing and call Jamie McCourt on Monday if I would like to see the RV. I did not call on Monday but I called Tuesday and asked for Jamie, the first few second I realized it was a mistake, I am possibly dealing with a "Checkered pants sales person" or as we use to say in car business "Weak as circus lemonade". Rude and unprofessional is the least I can bring up. I made an offer and was waiting to get a respond after I received the email. I had been in upper management in car business for many years and I can spot a cancer a mile away, I did it again. Typical impatient sales person that possibly can't remember weather or not he replied to my email and his response was "maybe that's why I did not respond". I normally had the biggest pleasure to fire sales people like him and truly, I was going to buy the RV at any negotiated price and he just cost his dealership a sale, (cancer). Coming from an ex general manager of a 700 plus per month car dealership.

We haven’t bought yet but we sure will. Looked at one motorhome that just wasn’t quite “the one”. Another was great except my husband’s legs were too long for the drivers seat.Aaron was SO helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly yet professional. I just know he will let us know when the right unit comes in for us!He is an asset to your business! We WILL be back!

Dont waste your time coming here. We showed up dead set on purchasing a motorhome.... nope. The guy at the desk is a f****** dick. He made us wait forever and then told us he can't handle more than 2 customers at a time and to come by later. Very rude older man. Go ANYWHERE else.

Don't bother coming here if your a single woman trying to make it from the previous administration, who is still against women! I can't imagine how you are with other minorities! It seems narcissism and misogyny is here to stay at West Coast Motorsport, Redlands, Ca. Their supposed quick response is short and just as rude! Maybe thinking about others at this time might help your obviously bad Karma! I will continue to live in my car than dealing with greedy people only looking to find a better way to live scamming and ripping off others like West Coast Motorsport, Redlands, Ca! Please watch out for this business!

When deciding to purchase a travel trailer my husband did all the legwork of researching where to get one from, and let me tell ya' it's not a simple process with him when it comes to that! He reads, and calls, and researches until he is either happy with his results or dizzy! After his weeks (and I mean weeks!) of looking around he decided on West Coast Motorsports. We have never owned a trailer and so he had a TON of questions. Luckily Aaron was patient and kind enough to answer all of his questions and take him through the ins and outs of trailers. He is very knowledgeable and even threw in personal tips he learned along the way. We decided on a trailer and started the process. It was very easy and smooth. Jamie is the one who dealt with this end of the process. While he is nice, he is also very blunt and to the point. If that bothers you, then I suggest going somewhere else. Overall we were very happy with our decision not only with our purchase, but also with WCMS.
