“Pacific Western Bank is one of our best banks in town. They treat you as a person and not a number. They can do anything that the "big" banks can do for you but in a much more personal and friendly manner. My wife and I have been a customer for a long time and we would not do our banking anywhere else. You can actually call during business hours and they will actually answer the phone and help you with whatever you need unlike other banks. I would recommend anyone to use this bank!”

I will never forget the kindness, professionalism and flexibility that they showed me during that challenging process. They went above and beyond to help me (and my mom's account was only a small one). I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend.”
“My ex-wife is claiming that I owe back child support.. I came down to this Wells Fargo with a heavy heart wondering how much this was going to cost me to get all the copies of the checks I sent to her with her signature on the back.. the young lady behind the glass, I miss janet, took the opportunity to help me almost over 22 minutes and she was able to get me two and a half years worth of the checks that I needed to prove my innocence. This was absolutely outstanding. And to my shock and dismay there was no charge. I don't come to this Wells Fargo very often because it's in Redlands and I live all the way up in upper Yucaipa. In the future I definitely will. I didn't speak to anybody else other than Ms Janet so she's the only one I would recommend for help. Sorry I don't have a last name for whoever is reading this.”

“I do not have an account at Bank of America, but I made an appointment on Thursday morning June 1st at 9:00 am. I was met by unknown employee Samantha Wilson. The situation concerned a debit card issued by Bank of America from an unknown address. The envelope had been opened, then reglued, and my name, address, phone number, amount of money on the card, was all handwritten in red on the outside. Incomplete information was enclosed. Samantha very thoroughly researched the information while speaking to individuals in Georgia and Texas. Yes, the card is legal, can be used, and it was discovered what business had issued the card. Samantha was very professional during the appointment, Bank of America is fortunate to have her as an employee. RAN”
