I don't like to leave bad reviews but this one needs to be heard. We had the absolute worst service at Wells Fargo yesterday. We came into deposit not cash just deposit an insurance check we had all our documentation they wrote All over the check. We were there an hour and a half and they kept coming up with some b******* why they couldn't deposit it. And then at the very end they told us the writing on the check was too faint or some other BS story I have no idea. So we went to my fiance's credit union and it took us less than 10 minutes to get it all handled and deposited into his account with no problems. We knew it is a big check and we have to wait for it to clear we had no issues with that we didn't want any money right away literally we were there an hour and a half. The tellers were horrible and the manager didn't seem to know what she was doing. I will give one good star for the representative who came over to try to help us and she was very friendly.. I can't wait to take all my money out of this bank and switch over to the credit union with my fiance I never want to come back to this bank again.

Stamped my check, then didn't cash it. Then since it was stamped by them, I could not cash the anywhere. Created a huge issue.

Horrible customer service. All snooty for no reason. Rude over the phone no matter how polite you are.

Only 2 tellers the entire day! But it's not just one day. It's a mismanaged bank but sadly most of them (Wells Fargo) in the Inland Empire are. The managers do not help the tellers when the line is long. Arrowhead Credit Union's managers assist with the long lines and are very warm and welcoming. Also they are not incompetent like the managers of The Wells Fargo corporation. I suggest you do like me and get rid of your account with Wells Fargo. Simple transactions like getting quarters, and simple withdrawals and deposits last an hour in line. They either are not hiring the proper amount of tellers or are keeping the staff small to discourage patronage.

Great bank. I've been with them for over 35 years.

It’s unclear to me if it’s just this branch or Wells Fargo is taking a shift in the value of their customers. Made an appointment with the banker as per instructions by Wells Fargo. The banker Valerie was over 30 mins late taking me and was rude when I asked if she was ready for me yet, as she seemingly was standing around. She proceeded to inform me that she had no control over scheduling which is why she was late in taking me. I can understand running behind, but there’s no need for the attitude. Your customer’s time are just as valuable as yours Wells Fargo. From reading other reviews, it sounds like there is a trend with the bankers at this location. It may be worth going to another branch if your transaction requires you to make an appointment with a banker.

Kim and Val are angels! Today -- a day that was so stressful from the start -- had a happy ending thanks to their patience, kindness, efficiency, and sincerity in helping us with 2 wire transfers that needed to make it out on time. They were both so warm, welcoming, and understanding from the moment we arrived for our appointment to the moment we said goodbye. They were thorough and as thoughtful as I imagine they would be with their own family members. We were incredibly surprised and impressed. What an asset to this branch and to Wells Fargo overall they both are. Thank you, Kim and Val -- we are grateful for your assistance!

Banker NO SHOW on scheduled appt (Opening an Accnt for Direct Deposit) on a Thursday.Wasted my time and drove for the scheduled appt done at 1pm. I checked in 15 minutes in advance, and at 1:10pm there's still no banker attending to me.As a redult of this incident, i notified teller to please inform staff not to schedule online appt if there is no banker available especially for a work week when most people are busy and just making a room to attend to personal stuff like banking.Wasting other people's time (especially bank clients) are ultimately display of rudeness and unprofessionalism.Absolutely unacceptable.

I went to the merchant line and asked for help and the lady sat behind the desk told me it's not open today and they didn't have anybody to help me. But as I'm standing in line a Hispanic couple walked in and asked her the same thing and she went and helped them right away. I didn't get her name but she wears glasses with light hair pulled in a bun.

Disappointing customer service and just a general unwillingness to help anyone in the branch. Avoid if you can.

Review specific to this location:I typically try and avoid this branch. The customer service is very poor at this branch. I had to deposit a check from a major corporation drawn off of a big bank. I deposited it at 9am. The funds availability is not for 4 days on a rather small check. The issue is the teller’s response was “that’s just the way it is. The bank wants the money for a few days before you can touch it”. Not a huge deal but I consider this to be very poor service.

This is the worst Wells Fargo in the Inland Empire by far. The tellers are so lazy they hand you the withdrawal slip and tell you to fill it out yourself. And they have the nerve to interrupt you while you are writing. And talking to each other and laughing. So unprofessional. And no line of customers waiting either. Someone from Corporate needs to come here as a "customer!"
