Great employees and great products and moderate prices and found more than I needed for the season. The employees were very friendly and super helpful. I am thankful for the Walmart in Redlands. 5 Stars

This review is for the auto center. Been getting my oil change done there for years and sadly the service isn't what it used to be . It's horrible now, they never do anything on the checklist , they check it off like they checked but they don't. Example they should check for tire pressure but they never do even after I asked. They check your car in and it sits in the oil change station for an hour before they decide if they even want to work on it because trust me they'll look for any excuse to refuse service. They're very unprofessional. They don't care about your car , they' left my steering wheel full of oil , the hood area. They are very unprofessional horsing around like kids, they don't care if the customer hears the foul language just a bad experience all around. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I prefer this Walmart & the Rialto Supercenter because they're always stocked up, other than the one in Colton & Highland.

Vision center review... A couple Sundays ago the screw fell out of my glasses, they broke apart and fell on the floor and of course my Eye Dr isn't open on Sunday. I remembered that Walmart was open on Sunday. I went to Redlands Walmart and went into the vision center and talked to Sandra and told her that my glasses broke apart and can she do anything to help me and she was very nice and took my glasses into the back and worked on them and got them fixed and cleaned them and it was free of charge. Thank you Sandra, you saved my day! I go to this Walmart on a regular basis and I've always had a pleasant visit shopping here at this Walmart.

This Walmart is about average compared to others in the area . It is usually well stocked, neat and presentable. The workers are a mixture of those that are doing the bare minimal to a few that are outstanding. I always return to the AUTOMOTIVE department for general maintenance of my car because of the outstanding competency of "Dave". He seems to be very knowledgeable about Walmart products and services. He is always helpful and pleasant. The only reason I hesitate to come here sometimes is because it is usually super busy no matter when you come. Otherwise, it's a good place to shop.

Julie today 10/8/2023 is lazy and rude! Instead of her watching me like a pit Bull she should of helped me when I was having a hard time with the card swiper! You take out cashiers have some friendly people to help and I told her she was rude! I was in the area or I would of went to Target! Julie find a job else where where you can share your hate!

Walmart auto.Told me one price charges me another. Nothing i could do since they installed it. Oil and wiper blades. Also, the workers are extremely low class, cussing, and joking. And playing around like middle school kids. Probably what their education stopped at. Place has low prices because of their low standards. I replace the oil myself since the car was acting up after i took it here. I think they put the wrong oil. 100% waste of money. 100% waste of time. Focc this place and the people working here who dont give a shit

If I could give them less stars and one that would. First of all, it is illegal for anybody except for a police officers to ask you for your drivers license as a form of identification. I come here to get money that was sent to me my CDL drivers license that has tape on it because it's seen better days and they will not except it because it has tape on it for to take people off of it they still will not except it. Kind of funny that the department of transportation in every state in the United States of America will take my drivers license no problem but he can Walmart won't just another reason for me to stay away from Walmart anyway, if you're ever in the area, save your money, save your time, there's another Walmart right around the corner that will gladly do business with you.

replaced a car battery less than a year ago. battery wil not now hold a charge and after a jump and while charging from the alternator the battery emits an oily discharge that smells like rotten eggs. holds charge for ten or fifteen minutes then nothing...walmart equipment says the battery is good and will not honor the warranty. don't buy a battery from walmart

This is my local Walmart and I have shopped here for the last three years. They have few choices of fresh & frozen goods, but other than that they have a great selection. The self serve register lines always go fast and don't take more than 5 minutes. I always get greeted when I come in and friendly smiles from employees.I had such a great experience tonight from an employee named Teia that finally inspired me to write a review. There has been a lot of theft at the store and lots of products have gotten locked up behind plastic barriers. Usually when I press the button to get help, it takes a while or no one comes. Sometimes I rather not get items because I don't want to wait. I was looking at items in the beauty section and for the first time in forever Teia asked if I needed anything from behind the barrier. It meant a lot because usually the employees are focused on their own tasks, which is completely understandable. It was just refreshing to have someone see me needing help and reached out without me asking. Shoutout to her!

I was shopping for treats for the "NATIONAL DAY OF JOY" coming up next week (celebrate your seniors and caregivers!) - and John who was stocking the candy aisle was SO helpful! The Tootsie Pops were out of stock (well, I cleared the shelf), and without my asking he went in the back to find more, so I could finish my gift boxes. I normally don't "enjoy" going shopping, but John brought the joy today. It was his second day on the job, and he makes Walmart look good. Three cheers :)

Came by to pick up some cleaning items. Why? Because it cost less! LOLNo name brand cleaning wipes, new broom with adjustable dustpan for easier pick up of the dirt and more hangers! LOLLove using the register near the garden section when there isn't a long line. Easy checkout.

Waited a long time to get someone to open the locked up products then was rushed to pick and told I had to go up to the register but didn't say which one...What a f***ing joke. Walmart is getting ridiculous!

Really bad customer service. Last time I come here for an oil change. 2 cars ahead of me and it's been over 2 hours. Do they work in slow motion? I can't think of an excuse aside from having lazy people working here or a terrible system. I printed pictures while I waited. Out of like 4-5 employees behind the counter only 1 of them is responsible for printing. My photos printed with vertical lines.
