I scheduled an appointment for a Covid test. I arrive a few minutes before my test and notice there is a QR code to check in for my appointment. I try checking in but the cell service is awful, so it takes me some time. I check in and I receive a message stating they will call me shortly but no one ever does. I wait for 20 minutes in a pick up line, just for someone who doesn’t know what they’re are doing to take another 10 minutes typing who knows what in. Then, I’m told you’ll have to wait for someone to call you shortly! This process is up to 40 minutes for a freaking Covid test that I paid $25 for. If I have Covid everyone else here has it now. No concern, no help. The service is pathetic.

The review is specifically for the Pharmacy staff and not for the store. The store and its staff are good. The pharmacy has staff with 0 customer service skills or empathy. They seem not to care and reflects a careless attitude, as if they are being forced on the job. No smiles or not even a simple gesture of " sorry for the wait, someone will be with you shortly" They seem to reflect an attitude of, you as a customer have come to us, so, will behave the way we like...very careless attitude and seem to giggle inside with other staff with absolutely no hurry or concern for the long wait. Always late a couple of minutes from the lunch break as well.Would specifically point out the lack of proper customer service for Christian and Joe working at the Redlands Walgreen Pharmacy on Lugonia Ave. Compared to Walgreens, CVS pharmacy has mostly reflected good attitude and customer service. Walgreens corporate management should have the Pharmacy staff undergo some good customer service workshops and teach them to reflect empathy towards the customers

Absolutely dreadful pharmacy. An average call here takes 30 minutes to go through and if they respond to you - they say something like "I'll connect you to a pharmacy" and then take 10 minutes (at minimum) more. Other Walgreens pharmacies can take extra time too but none of them come close to how bad this is.

Let me start off by saying if I could’ve given 0 stars that’s definitely what this Walgreens deserves! The inconsistency in communication, such as receiving a call about your prescription being ready and then being asked to wait even longer, can be quite frustrating for customers. Additionally, the cleanliness of the location is another concerning issue that needs to be addressed, as I have attached pictures! I have been going to this location for almost 2 years now and I’ve never seen it clean smh It's essential for a pharmacy to maintain a clean and organized environment for the safety and comfort of its customers.Improving communication and reducing wait times should be a priority for this location to enhance customer satisfaction. Hopefully, they take your feedback into account to make necessary improvements for a better experience in the future. But as of now I will be changing my pharmacy so I can make sure I protect my spirit, because this location definitely messes with my energy!

The pharmacy sucks!!! Literally stood in line inside of here and they didn’t call the next person up for 27 mins. There were about 5 people ahead of me. So I leave to try the drive thru, and I’m in line behind 2 cars. Currently in line with the drive through for 56 mins.

probably no point in leaving this review amongst the many other poor reviews, but truly the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I have been going here for about a year for my birth control prescription and they constantly fail to fulfill my requests of refill, while also leaving me on hold for 20 minutes, and today decided to tell me that I am "getting my medicine too soon" and despite me having spoke to a rep three days ago with assurance my meds would be there, the woman then refused to order me in my prescription despite my doctors orders. I use this specific prescription/on the specific routine for my health reasons, idiots. Genuinely wish the worst on the pharmacy here, truly the worst of the worst every single time without fail. :-)

The pharmacy is veryyy busy and understaffed, I would recommend sending you prescriptions at another location. Or come prepared to be here for 30-45+mins.

I read thru the horrible reviews for this pharmacy, but thought I would give them a chance...they deserve every horrible review they get without a doubt! Sam is the ONLY employee there, I give props to, he has treated me with kindness and has been very fast and efficient!! Walgreens you are NOT the only game in town! I have alot of prescriptions filled there, well I used to have my meds filled there, I would rather drive 40 miles one way, then have to go back there!! Oh and "Myra" really should be sent thru another Customer Service class, I watched her doing nothing while the phone rang and rang, no wonder it's so difficult to get thru to this pharmacy! Talking about the customers while there sitting there waiting for their meds is B.S. I sure hope Corp reads these reviews, honestly they must not, or things would been addressed a long time ago!! I have held my tongue long enough!

I got a message stating my prescription was ready I get there and wait in the drive thru for 20 min. Walk inside instead to be told that my prescription is not ready. Always a long wait here horrible customer service. Changing pharmacy’s !

My prescription is never ready when I come to pick it up every time I'm having to wait 30mims-2hours. When I pick up from Walmart my prescription is already ready to go . I don't understand why it takes them ten years even if I wait a week to come get it it's still not ready and I'm so over it get it together
