“This is the best pet hospital I’ve ever been too. They truly care and are so much more affordable than any other options I’ve ever been too. My dog has epilepsy and they always have done their best for him and given him amazing treatment so far, I drive well over an hour to come to this vet office because of how superior they are.”

“On Friday night I went to Petco in Redlands. Our reason was to purchase my daughter's first pet. I am very grateful for Justin. He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. I would definitely recommend Petco in Redlands to everyone!”

“I bring my 2 cats here and the staff is great- as is the pricing. I originally came in as they charged the most reasonable amount to nurture my cat (compared to 100s more other places) but stayed due to the vet techs and vets. They really are kind people that care for your animal, willing to answer your questions, and spend the extra time. I appreciate their thoughtful care.”

“East Valley Pet Hospital is where I take my dogs, and that alone speaks volumes. I still prefer to give them shots myself. Mainly use a trained veterinarian to offer another opinion. No matter how knowledgeable you may get in any field in life, the practicing professional tends to be up-to-date with the current science, and not to be taken lightly. It’s when one thinks that they know it all and resist learning that they become stagnant. Always be excited to acquire new information to add to your knowledge…I love to be corrected by a professional. They tend to explain the connections behind the science in a concise manner and in a very short amount of time….”

“Vet: Dr. Cain
I started bringing my 16 y/o cat to do basic routine follow ups to be closer to home while remaining w another vet for her extensive treatment (Kidney failure, thyroid, heart murmur). What seemed like a scary transition of vets, became much smoother after working a Dr. Cain. She is a WEALTH of knowledge and really knows her stuff. Don’t be thrown off w bedside manners. She can be short and speaks quickly but this is NO indicator of the care she gives your pet! She is amazing! I feel so confident knowing my old babygirl is in great hands. I don’t need Dr.Cain to be my friend (though she still reassured and supported me). I need Dr.Cain to keep my baby alive and healthy. She even caught cardio risk factors that the other vet didn’t catch. I believe she mentioned having a specialty in cardiovascular care. Lastly, as someone who also suffers from a compromised immune system, I do not mind that she conducts her visit by phone or from a distance. Again, the care of my pet is never compromised. I hope this is helpful to you and your furry babies.”
