I first came to Vanessa with a head full of damaged hair. My curls wouldn't curl anymore. Fast forward a year later and my hair is thriving. I regularly have my hair bleached because I have blue hair and thanks to Vanessa my hair has life again. Thank you so much!Services: Haircut

Had my first hair cut with Vanessa. My last haircut at another shop was too compact and hard for me to style. I wanted something sassy and less thickness on top and the sides. Vanessa was able to snip and cut allowing my natural wave to bounce up. Reasonable pricing for cut, wash, and blow out/style. That is a talented lady! Will definitely be back!

llame a graciela ayer para una cita e,,,lla contesto el telefono, poco profecional y sin la mas minima razon solo contresto "deja de molestar no me vuelvas a llamar" y colgo el telefono.. me kede sorprendida.. no alcance a decir nada.. no se si estaba peliando con alguien pero yo pague los platos rotos.. me cayo muy mal la respuesta, he sido su clienta por mas de 5 anos espere ke llamara para atras y se disculpara, todos podemos cometer una ekivocacion.. pero al mirar ke no lo hizo hago esta publicacion... yo soy duena de negocio y mi customer service es exelente, pues del cliente vivimos los negocios.. ojala graciela mires esta publicacion... drucila.

I have naturally curly hair and she seems to be the only one that knows how to cut curls and style curls. I have 3b curls in some places and 4a curls underneath as well. I told her that I didn't like the way that they didn't match, so she permed the 4a curls and made them 3b and now my hair is exactly the way I like it. She gives the customer what they ask for and will chime in if she has a better idea that she thinks you may like. I have to say that her ideas are usually better than my own and my hair turns out great. I love Vanessa's and have been with Grace for over 12 years.
