An absolute pleasure working with Van Craeynest from start to finish on an absolute gem of bespoke jewelry. The entire experience and customer service from selecting the ring, finish, and diamond could not have been easier. The engagement ring is a piece of art of heirloom quality. We have gone back to get our matching wedding bands and it was such a pleasure and privilege to get to see the workshop and care and high caliber craftsmanship that is put into each piece of jewelry. We will be lifelong customers.

My wedding band was made by Van Craeynest 20 years ago and I love it. For my anniversary, I wanted an anniversary band to match. Without ever going to the shop and only using photos and e mails to describe my ideal ring, Kyle and crew created my dream anniversary band. It matches my wedding band perfectly and is gorgeous. Long story short: one of, if not THE most fairytale customer service I have ever experienced was from Paul Jr. The amount of care, craftsmanship and dedication to every beautiful piece they create and sell is perfection. I absolutely ADORE my ring that they custom made and give a little sigh of contentment every other gaze I give it. I thank everyone there for making it possible!

Such a gorgeous selection of jewelry. Excellent staff and the head jeweler is personable and willing to spend the time to show you around the factory and teach you about all the wonderful inner workings of the machines and how they make all the items by hand.

What a wonderful experience!! I have to say how beautiful my rings are!! After 15 years of wear I had to get my wedding set repaired. I was very nervous about trusting just any Jewelry store...my ring is not replaceable, as it was designed and built for a long time family friend who has since retired. Well...I may live in San Diego, but I will make the drive for ANY of my jewelry needs! I had forgotten how bright and shiny my rings could be!! Mr. Landon made them look like new....he did a FABULOUS job!! I want to thank everyone who helped me! Truth be told I almost cried when I saw them!! Thank you so much!! Can't wait to see what else I can talk my husband out of from your store!! Thanks Kyle for taking such good care of us!!

Even if you are on a budget, don't be intimidated by the high end look of this fine shop--When you enter this store, there is a good security door.You will be quickly buzzed in. The staff at Emerson and Farrah is friendly, whether you are browsing, checking your ring size, or you simply need a good watch battery! Watch Batteries? We have tried the "Uncle Joe Discount Pawn Shop" batteries--installed for 6.00--batteries that slowly fade away in 3 months--Emerson, by contrast only sells first class and lasting batteries, installed for $10.00 out the door! These batteries they sell really last, too... Of course, their jewelry for sale is all high end...This is a great shop--Both Landon and Sherrie have treated us very well!

I really appreciate them; they were able to laser my husband's wedding ring the week before we got married (last minute bright idea) and it came out great! I was thrilled as other places said they couldn't work with a steel ring--really great people!

Lovely store, great people... I walk by the store every day and it's beautiful, classy and well put together. Great selection and they have a factory in the back where they can literally fix anything and customize whatever you want. Highly recommended!!!

Very friendly. Super chill and breathtaking selection Witty and charming sales people! Came in just asking about ring sizes and they wound up cleaning my ring for me! Very helpful. I stopped into this store while driving through the area thinking I would pick up a nice gift. I found the salespeople were sizing me up and down and right away decided I wasn't going to buy anything. I looked at ladies' Diamond rings which were pretty conservative, not unique enough for my taste despite a large selection. They seem to make a lot of reproductions of vintage rings, which they were pushing as "designer". All those diamonds but nothing looked extraordinary enough to buy. I walked out disappointed and without a gift.

Update to original posting: I tried on the stackable rings almost 2 weeks ago and simply could not stop thinking about them (love at first sight!) so today I picked up a van craeynest ring for my very own & I could not be more excited! The small details of this ring is just so exquisite and delicate. And the high quality diamonds and durable 18k gold band just make it a work of art!

I love my Van Craeynest ring. It's so unique, which is exactly what I wanted. The team worked with me to give me what I pictured in my head; I chose one of their Van Craeynest rings(in platinum) and had custom split prongs done. They were all so kind and offered such world class customer service, I had a wonderful experience. The quality of their work is unmatched, flawless. Paul gave us a tour of their factory in the back of the store with all the vintage machines they use to die strike the rings (mine included), it was so neat and romantic to learn the history of the company. It feels that much more special and unique to imagine how my ring came to be. Emerson and Farrar is such a charming and high quality store, I would not hesitate sending any friends or family to them. I trust them, which is important to me when dealing with jewelry and high ticket purchases (I.e. An engagement ring). I will forever be a fan of the people here and the quality of the work they do. I love my ring sooo much. I love knowing that it will last for generations and generations to come. Every time I look at the detail of the work on the ring, I am blown away. It's so intricate and lovely. I can't wait to stack on some Van Craeynest bands. Thank you, husband and Emerson and Farrar for such a beautiful work of art.
