I belive this particular branch is racist. I'm not one to say that lightly..but I have went in there to cash customer checks..no problems ..everytime one of my partners ( one is Hispanic and one is indo European both dark skin)go in to cash customers checks they give them an extremely hard time ..shame on them ..we will not accept checks from this bank anylonger..the check is worth less than the paper it is written on..

Veronica Davis is amazing. I made an appointment, and she assisted me. I opened a CD and a few days later returned to open a money market and checking account. She is very professional. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision to choose this bank and branch.

I do not recommend this bank, like at all. It is the worst bank I've ever dealt with, and it's not even close. They on their own without my permission applied for a credit card in my name when I was opening my account. I have never had a credit card in my life, for a reason. I do not apply for credit cards, I never have. I got an email from Experian a couple days after opening my checking acct saying I applied for a credit card... I freaked out thinking someone stole my identity lol come to find out it was just UsBank applying on my behalf without my knowledge or permission. Also if you're self-employed or you are paid in cash for work and plan on depositing that cash into your acct, be prepared to not be able to use any of the cash you deposit for a full 3-5 business days. Doesn't matter if it's deposited at the atm or in branch, that money will not be available to you. If you do spend any of it, they will mark your acct negative and report it to the ChexSystem. I have a military acct so my overdraft fees are waved but if they weren't, they would've charged me hundreds of dollars in fees for spending my own money in my account, which is wild. Even though the money shows in your available balance, you can't spend your own money doesn't matter if it's $5. They're frauds. I have had an acct with most all of the big branch banks at one point, and with all of them, cash deposits made in branch are available immediately. Their customer service is hit or miss too, but mostly miss especially in the branch off of Orange St.

This branch of us bank is the absolute worst. The ATM is always broken and they only ever have 2 open tellers open whom are slow as molasses. Never this much wait at any riverside us bank. Ridiculous

0 fucken stars for the disrespecting and disgusting behavior of manager Kyle. Who I'm finding out ISNT EVEN A FUCKEN MANAGER!!!! He's a lier and awful to the employees there. This is not the first, second or third time this has happened while I was there. I have witnessed him degrading and belittling the poor employees that are there and to me PERSONALLY on multiple occasions. I don't want to pull the racist card but I do feel like it has something to do with the color of my skin because he's all happy dandy, in his corner helping all the white customers . I don't know if they are to scared to say something or if their HR doesn't give a s*** about their employees that are not "managers" or at least the ones that pretend to be. And KYLE you can shove your fake apologies now that I know your a FAKE " manager"

They don't deserve a star! I normally go to lugonia branch (4 miles from me), however I was in a hurry and decided to go to Orange st. Branch. Big mistake, Customer Service is non-existent at this branch!! ATM not working, and had to go inside. I've made a complaint b4 and started to go to lugonia. I have a Bussines account w/US & Chase and I have to say dealing with this branch alone makes me want to close it and put it all with Chase! Went to Wells Fargo and happily paid a premium for quick service & no BS!

Really slow tellers. I also have cashed several insurance checks at my local US bank branch and this one refused to. Maybe based on how I appear? I’m not sure. Either way I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Terrible bank. So many inconsistencies. Not one person has the same answer to the same question. Nobody is on the same page. The ATM constantly malfunctions. This last time the atm took $680 in cash but didn’t credit our account or spit the money back out. Now I have to file a claim and wait up to 10 days to get that money back. Unbelievable. And they won’t even put a sign on the atm to warn anyone else.

I have been a member of us bank for over 3 years. I recently opened a business account with them. I had awful customer service from an employee here and when I requested to close my account, there was no questions asked as to why I'd like to close or if there was something they could do to keep my business. Very disappointed.

First I'd like to mention as a whole over many years the service at US Bank has been excellent and that I have never been disappointed with any US Bank representative. So, overall I'd give the reps 10 stars if I could. The representatives at this branch are great! But, like so many companies the corporate decisions that are gradually made over time usually evolve into ones that erode customer benefits. Because of the various take backs and fees however, I have to regretfully award only four stars to US Bank as a whole entity.Inflating the cost of safety deposit box rentals and offering 50% off to premier accounts when they used to be free is such an example of such poor corporate decisions by those executives who fancy themselves quite clever. Cancelling a customers high interest credit card with excellent credit and payments because one doesn't use it for a while is another corporate boo boo too. (Of course I didn't use it, they gave me a better one at about half the interest rate at the same bank so which one would you use regularly?) Such shortsighted company policies eventually increase in scope and multiply over time and result in eroding customer satisfaction. When all is said and done, simply put, US Bank isn't as good as it once was but still better than so many other banks. Because, like all corporations who look for ways to continually improve profits, and this translates into less for the consumer, US Bank is less of a good deal and is beginning to slide downwards from it's previous pinnacle of excellence. It is likely that over time it will be in danger of being another so-so also ran business and that its customer service and business model will continue it's gradual downward trend.I hope I am wrong but when one thinks of now defunct or near defunct large corporations that have fallen by the wayside it's easy to see in retrospect the poor executive management choices that caused them. Unfortunately, the earmarks of such things may be evident at US Bank. Of course, it is just my opinion. And, like so many things it is a matter of relative choices. I still bank here precisely because of the tellers and service. The time may come I don't. I used to bank at US Bank exclusively. Such is no longer the case precisely because other banks have caught my eye and the US Bank take backs and fees are negatives when other offers seem better.

Been a customer for four years and am truly disappointed with the customer service. I have had problems with US Bank everyday for about a week and a half now and been calling the 1800 number everyday, which I shouldn't have to do. There have been times where I have called the 1800 number and they hung up on me when I started speaking without any warning. There are other times where when I spoke with multiple bank managers on the 1800 number about my problems with my account, they would tell me something different every time. Truly a disappointing company.
