Because I got a fraudulent item from Amazon and had to go through return a playpen
but it wouldn’t fold back into the box. So I came to UPS to return it without a box cause that’s what Amazon said. I could do where the UPS told me I couldn’t. But luckily a worker helped me fold the playpen and get it back in that way. I didn’t be $30 for an extra box and it was really appreciative of it. Shout out to Cortez. 🙌

I've never had a problem returning a package at this location. Staff has always been kind. I've never had to stand in line more than a minute.

Employees are helpful and friendly. I don't understand Darlene Garcia and Warren Pierce complaints. Every store has a policy they follow. If you think you are not getting your way because they don't cater to your so call needs and cry about it, then don't go back! Go someplace else!

I’ve had a PO Box here for over 2 years. The staff is efficient, remembers me, and is friendly. They help me find lost packages and always are super helpful.

Their franchise “policies” make it impossible to return any Amazon merchandise. They do not follow Amazon leads on how to return an item and want to sell you on extra and unnecessary packaging.
