I drove a ways to go to this particular store cuz it's closest to my house. When I arrived the store had police tape in front of the door without explanation & I was told to come back in one month!! What the heck was that all about?? I will never return to Ulta beauty - ur customer service leaves something to be desired too!

I purchased a mascara here and the wand was all falling apart like it was really old or something. I didn't save the receipt because I've never had this happen before. So I couldn't return it.

I came in during a chaotic time (30-45 minute till closing time), Took around 15 minutes to find someone to help me. Overall when i did get help it was 5 minutes to closing time. However the workers were very kind and didn’t even rush me out of the store. Although i can’t recall the names of other workers, my cashier was Marleena, SO KIND. She and another girl even let me know better deal opportunities for the products I was buying.. Took time to let me know about what was best to use. Great people on staff!

It always seems crowded and it's hit and miss with stock, but the girls on the floor are helpful. The cashiers, not so friendly. The line is long, but moves pretty fast.

This place is awesome. Frozan was very hepful and displayed excellent customer care. Also, Andi (manager) went out of her way to to accommodate my needs, great team. I recommend a raise for these two dedicated employee's. Thank you Frozan. Give them a raise!

Really upsetting experience at this store. The employee named Leiloni was very rude at the register. She kept being told by employees to look for the free gift that came with my purchase, but when she was too lazy to look, she simply said the free gift with purchase was out of stock. I completed my purchase and used a coupon. Afterwards, I asked another employee if the free gift was in stock and they said yes. When I told them about how Leiloni told me it was out of stock, they said they couldn’t return my $5 coupon, or apply it. I decided to return my purchase so I could buy it again and receive the free spray that was supposed to come with my purchase. Leiloni threw a pen at me when I signed my receipt and rudely snatched the shampoos I was returning. She rolled her eyes and was bothered that I asked to return it, even though there was no line. I decided to leave.

So first things first I wanna come here and say how disappointed I am with the salon service. I made an appointment at 1:30 yesterday to come in to do a formal hairstyle , but I was told by the stylist with tattoos / long black hair/ skinny ... that they were short staffed and the wait was going to be about 15 -20 minutes because its just her and she was with a client still being serviced on , I was on a time crunch and I wasn't expecting to wait . The Stylist didn't seem to care and ignored me, I did let the Stylist know that she could've at least gave a courtesy call to let me know that that they were behind 15-30 minutes , so I could have cancel or reschedule. I don't even waste your time with this solan
