I brought my husband's phone for a repair, and I asked for a screen protector. Gentleman said to use the liquid protection from Gadget Guard. I was skeptical, but I was assured it worked as good as the rest. Few days later, the phone fell and the screen cracked. Since Verizon will cover the cracked screen, I submitted a claim with Gadget Guard for reimbursement for the amount of the protector. They said the warranty doesn't work that way and disconnected me. So I called this store and they said, once you use it we can't refund you. So pretty much I was sold snake oil with this liquid screen protector. If you have insurance and no copay, don't buy.

My service representative did an amazing job & his customer service was amazing. Even with missing buttons he worked his magic!!! He showed compassion with my frustrations and cared about the challenges I was facing and explained the details & was very honest of the possibilities of no repair, yet will make effort. Strongly recommended..... thank you!

Same day fix for my cracked and flashing screen. Literally only like three hours and it's back to being good as new. Art is an artist and magician. Worth the price in every way.
