This was by far the absolute best customer service I have ever received and never thought it would be a car dealership. I was late(20 minutes) to an appointment to maintenance my car and immediately was greeted and let know that it was okay that they weren't too busy and they could still maintenance it for me. Long story short, Tanner (Assistant Service Manager) went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my car in time to head to my next appointment. Made my day 100%

It's quite easy to write a positive review in the face of good "news" but I had two visits with the first one not so "good". However, the perceived negativity had nothing to do with the service/personnel at Redlands Toyota. Actually, I received exceptional service despite the epic failures of Toyota certified warranty. On my next visit, my car was not only superbly serviced but also washed and vacuumed! I have been to multiple dealerships, they tried but not as much as here. I understand it took a team effort to accomplish this, but I have to credit service manager Tanner for being an exemplary gentleman keen on making sure customers are content.

Absolute nightmare. When I got there for a walk-in service, the people didn’t even greet me and had me wait for at least 20 minutes before someone came and helped me. I got helped by Alex Ruiz who was a very nice gentleman and explained everything to me and gave me a great customer service till that point. Then when the service was done they called me and informed me that the car was ready for pickup. I had already scheduled an after hour pickup and that I would be coming later to pickup my car. Then I asked about the wash that they usually give after the service and they said that they didn’t do it but they could, so they did. After the car wash I get a phone call saying that there is a nail in my tires saying that it was leaking air. Funny thing is that when I brought my car in, there wasn’t anything of sort and my car panel didn’t inform me of a tire leakage. I have had a nail in my tire before and I know it tells me that the tire pressure is off on my panel. Then Alex tells me that it is $25 to fix it as if it was already there before I came in, which wasn’t. I was very upset and disappointed at the time since I knew that it wasn’t my mistake at all and it may very likely been their mistake while managing the vehicle in the shop. It’s funny how they didn’t notice that during the tire rotation but they did in the car wash. Then I tell him that I’ll take care of that nail myself and he says that he talked to the manager and he said that they’d do it for me for free which I thought they should since it’s probably their fault to begin with. When I arrive to pickup my car, they didn’t know it was scheduled for after hour pickup and so they kept running around to find my keys, and then after 10 minutes, someone finally finds it and brings me my car. Upon entering my car, I notice:#1: the wash is a poorly done job#2: they went through my stuff in the glove box since I had mask bags in there and when I was in my car somehow they just appeared in my back seat, meaning that someone probably was going through my belongings looking for something valuable.#3: my tire pressure is all over the place. I had 1 tire that had more pressure than all othersOverall a horrible experience and a very unprofessional crew. Extremely disappointed on how I was treated, and how everything ended up unfolding. I’d recommend taking your Toyota anywhere else for a service but this location. They need some serious training in their crew on how to treat customers and make sure their satisfaction comes first. In addition to hiring some honest workers who won’t go through your stuff. If management is seeing this review, please do something about it, because you guys are gonna lose business and credibility by not taking action at all.

These guys are great! I am always going to the parts department. They can always get the parts I need. But what amazes me is that if it is a bit pricy, they have an alternative source for you. Great guys and VERY knowledgeable!

I am very disappointed with Toyota of Redlands. I had a 7 AM appointment to have my 2021 Camry looked at with some issues I was having. I bought my Camry with them 8 weeks ago.1) The alarm went off and would not turn off with my key.2) My gas tank button would not work, so I could get gas. Here's my disappointment appointment at 7 AM and didn't leave for 3 hours only to be told that the previous owner changed the factory alarm and it had a glitch. They replaced it.They oiled the gas tank door, saying it was sticky with dust.This is all fine and dandy, but THREE HOURS WITH APPOINTMENT is unacceptable. I was NOT a walk-in.

I took in a car previously purchased at this dealership, to have an inspection performed. The service advisor was not friendly and had a bad attitude for my entire service experience. Not only did it take forever, yes I had an appointment, the advisor did not call me when it was ready and the diagnostic ended up being incorrect after another shop checked the vehicle. Great experience so far James, David and Gabriel were awesome. I live in LA so for me it was like a road trip with the family. The dealership building is beautiful and comfortable plenty of tables and chair to sit, Starbucks coffee and automatic capuchino, macchiato, flat white, mochachino while you wait. I went to pick up my grand highlander hybrid that they kindly saved for me. The buying process was pretty painless and I was informed all steps of the way. I knew when my car was made, transport and arrival.Also for my toddler that was fuzzy and I forgot to take a toy for him they were kind enough to gift him a little tundra and Supra. He loved them 2 days later he is still playing with them no stop. I will update my review on alarm, Cilajet and tinting services next once I get them.

First time at this location. I did not have to wait at all for my maintenance appointment, easy check in and fast service. My service advisor Alex was great and made me feel at ease, showed me around, being that it was my first time there. I definitely recommend this dealership for your service needs. When I choose to trade in my vehicle I will be doing it here and hope that the great service I received today is the same for their sales department.Honestly I am glad that I finally made the switch from the other dealership that I use to go too!! This one is 100 times better!!

I’ve been coming here since getting my Toyota Prius (2018) and the service has always been so outstanding and wonderful that I’ve moved 3 times since then and still continue to schedule services here (even though I now live in La Puente Ca.) Visilios helped me with my 100,000 mile check up and he went above and beyond and is the most friendly, informative, knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate person. He helped explain why it was a big check up and what was going to be done and made sure I received my car back same day. The whole team there is always so courteous, sweet and kind as well. I found out that I could take a nap there and sleep like a baby and that they’re dog friendly since I had to have my dog dropped off to me there. They are always busy and there’s a reason. Wonderful services and even more wonderful staff is why I will continue to go here. Highly recommend anyone go here.

. This is my second time in making the effort of writing my experiences with Toyota Redlands. I gave the five star rating the highest and if I can gove 1 million stars I will surely choose it ovet 5. I got the best TCS "Total Customer Satisfaction from everyone. Credit to the managers of these people I would like them as well as top management how good and courteous their people were. Please keep them forever. If not for these managers these will not happen. I would like to mention four of your employees that helped me today.
