Josh and Johnny. Two very cool cucumbers. I asked about storage, he said please come 1 hr before closing for thepaperwork. I understood. Due to unforeseen travel issues I got there before closing. Josh showed me the ALOHA!! Got me checked in and settled. These guys are great. Highly recommend them. Plenty of safe secure storage and it was cheaper than the thervstorages.Thank you Josh and Johnny! And you get a discount if you refer someone!Also.....they dont keep trailer keys. My unit is safe.

I was storing my RV at The Toy Locker of Redlands and for the first year everything was great. Unfortunately, that changed for me a few weeks ago. I had started noticing things odd in my RV like doors being left open, shoe prints on the cleaned floors and beds, things like that. I blew it off thinking that it may have been me. It wasn’t until I was looking for something specific that I knew something was wrong. I went back down to verify that some of my personal items were missing before I made any types of report and there was. There are three men that work there and unfortunately, have full free access to your keys and their camera system, according to the manager, only records for 5 days before it rewrites over itself, so there is no proof of anyone going in to my RV. Without there being any proof of the employees taking my belongings and the contract that is signed when storing your property I am pretty much dead in the water. I was told “Without physical proof its our word against yours and we stand behind our employees.” Which makes me really sad because there are A LOT of expensive motorhomes in there and I would hate for this to happen to someone else. I only say it was the employees because they have 24/7 unmonitored access to your keys, they often go into the RVs to move them and make them more accessible to their owners when they are preparing for a trip, so them going in and out wouldn’t be questioned, but they had time to look through cabinets, which I lock, storage compartments and bags. If it was a visitor it would have been a quick grab whatever you can and go. This was not the case, it was very methodical. So please, if you are storing your summer time fun belongings there be aware of your property. If anyone heard or seen anything at the time My RV was stored there please let me know the things those guys took are irreplaceable? Please be-careful……

Hey guys, I wanted to share my experience with my RV storage place with you as a warning. It wasn't until I was looking for something specific that I knew something was wrong. I went back down to verify that some of my personal items were missing before I made any types of report and there was. There are three men that work there and unfortunately, have full free access to your keys and their camera system, according to the manager, only records for 5 days before it rewrites over itself, so there is no proof of anyone going in to my RV. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The ability to drop off and pickup after hours is a big reason why we store here. There is fuel and RV friendly propane available 2 blocks away. Access to the 10 freeway is pretty good and the local streets easily accommodate large RV's... even when towing. The Redlands PD is 1 block away and in the years we've been here we haven't had (or heard of) any break-ins or vandalism.
