I purchased fridge,dishwasher and a microwave. the two delivery guys ended up charging me for parts and labor which I paid Home Depot up front. So I called the phone # that I was told to call from Home Depot and I was told those guys shouldn't have charged me anything! And they will investigate and refund my $160.00 back. Well 4 calls to them for my refund, no one knows anything about it, even after I emailed the info from my bank. So if you get appliance delivered, don't pay anything to the delivery guys. I could put one of the guys name on this review but I won't! The other two guys who delivered my stove were really nice and didn't ask for a cent!

I was pretty upset seeing a worker outside of his car in his uniform smoking pot. While shopping I saw this same worker who was operating a fork lift. I asked another employee what this persons name was and they said Javier. Tried to call to speak to a manager, but the phone just rang and rang. Needless to say, we left and went to Lowe's. Do what you want on your own time but don't do it at work especially when you have to operate machines that could kill somebody.

This store NEVER answers their phone. I can't even get a hold of someone to schedule a delivery. I got an email saying my order was delivered, which it wasn't. I've called 4 times today. No answer and no voicemail.

We recently came to Home Depot to find a particular plunger that has always worked for us. We walked around and looked down a few aisles trying to find it. Then this worker Dean approached us and asked if we needed help locating anything. Not only did he walk us directly to the aisle, he also made sure we found the specific one we wanted. It's nice to have someone show you and not tell you because the store can be difficult to navigate. We appreciate the kind service!The lines are always short and quick. I'll definitely be back!

Located on the corner of Tennessee and Lugonia. There's plenty of parking available.We came by first looking for a good deal on a refrigerator, washer and dryer. We finally decided on their LG brands for all three. We're quite satisfied at the prices compared to other stores that we've been shopping at.We loved that they offered delivery and installation for their appliances. We truly loved the customer service by the lady who works in this department. My apology for not remembering her name, but she walked us through all the options and we selected what was best for us.Thank you for your excellent customer service!

EXCEPTIONAL customer service from RHONDA in the Redlands store garden section when I purchased over 100 plants. She stayed right with me and was so friendly and knowledgable. She went above and beyond and assisted in every way possible with a smile. You don't see this too often any more. Also, JONATHAN the cashier was as friendly as could be and checked out all the plants with a smile as he counted each one. Great experience with both RHONDA and JONATHAN! Reminded me of how customer service used to be.

Walked in at about 8.30pm on a Saturday specifically February 11th, with my mother and I and a old lady that works there decides to very rudely tell me and my mom that next time we HAVE to walk in through the entrance. I then asked her, " We have to go all the way over there now?" And she replied yes with such attitude. Everyone there at the check out and other workers stared at us awkwardly and one guy even laughed. Never in my life have I ever been embarrassed by an employee here. The security guard was nice to us and was the only one nice to us. Everyone else seemed to have laughed at us. I don't recommend coming here if you want bad customer service!

Came in the other night with tools a Friend gave me that I don't need or use so I return them but no good Emily took her time checked everything she really did her job awesome well I couldn't return the items no receipt been there to long so with an amazing smile and those eyes she apologized asked us if we need service on anything's else and then skipped away so full of energy and I was completely satisfied my experience was totally awesome

Good Home Depot. I had to find someone to ask for help but when i did they were super helpful and friendly. The cashiers were very pleasant too!

Let me start by saying I work retail as a retiree because during the pandemic, and even today, it's hard to keep people not sure what's going on with the young people these days, but nobody wants to work now having said that my experience yesterday at Home Depot I was frustrated i had been to two Lowe's couldn't get anybody to come help us in the sink department for kitchens three times they announced help aisle 32 nobody ever came but people were standing around but Not there department. It was a different situation at Home Depot in Redlands kind of the same situation Maynard announcement nobody came. A young girl from appliances finally showed up and was so sweet that it wasn't her department but she would help us the best she could and she did her name is Melissa just want to give her a big kudos, we are now Home Depot customers because of her. Sometimes you just gotta step up and help the best you can.

This store is run much the same way that Democrats run California: inefficient and without any respect for others' resources (e.g., time). The fact that the people in the garden department will charge me for pavers and sand and then show zero concern for whether someone is getting them to me and then tells me to go to the customer service desk to get customer service really says it all. Just a shrug saying "I don't know the extension for the forklift people, you'll have to go to the customer service desk." So, I have to wait in two lines to get a simple item. When I go to try to find the pavers in the back of the store myself, the employees just yell, "you can't come back here", while one is leaning on the forklift with looking at a cellphone. How about "can I help you with something?" Or, "did you need help finding something?" Customer service is not part of the culture here.
