Sat in line and the people that worked there ignored me. When I asked if I could get someone to show me a backpack they said someone would come up. 15 minutes later I just left.

I am so impressed with the kindness of the employees at Tillys in Citrus Plaza. On multiple occasions they’ve helped with returns, and made the process seamless. When the line is long, they open more registers, while reassuring me that they are going to see my transaction through to the end, I hate taking up too much employee time especially during a busy season. The employees were happy to give outfit suggestions too. Great job Tillys…this staff is top notch.

Hi. I went to Tilly's for my 12 year old granddaughter. MIA was amazing and so very helpful she helped me pick out some cool things for my granddaughter and then she was so helpful , that I purchased for my grand son as well. She had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me pick the right gifts for them. I will definitely go back in there more often now. And I hope Mia will be there to assist! She rocks! Thank you Mia. Merry Christmas ?

It was interesting in that there were young gals (who work there) deep in conversation and following clothes . They weren't helpful , stopping once to answer my question with " If we have any they are on that rack" then returning to their conversation. I had three girls ages 7-10 with me and could have used the help. Especially since what I was I was looking for was there but not the rack!

Located in the Mountain Grove plaza. Plenty of parking if it's not on the weekend. You may bar to park a bit far from the store on a busy weekend.My teens wanted to shop here because of the sales. The sales ranged from 40% to 70% off. I forgot to take pictures inside.Bought a pair of pants originally $50 marked down, then another $70 off, ended up paying $15. There's different clothing left at each Tilly's so you may need to look at other stores to see what's available.Employee here was very nice and friendly.

Great selection of mens clothing and sneakers. I shop here pretty frequently and employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

The employee we were talking to was very rude, had an attitude from the start. Did not look like she wanted to help us, which is her job. I expected a better attitude from her.

A worker named brenann or whatever has been following me around the store and making me feel watched and uncomfortable. Overall this store is trash with all the in-diverse workers and their judgemental eyes. Tillys needs to be better in who they hire and be more inclusive.

All the employees here are rude as f**** They ignored us as we walked in. Then each employee gave was a dirty look as we looked through the clothes. My sister and I went to try clothes on and three employees just looked at us while we were waiting for someone to open the fitting rooms, COMPLETELY IGNORING US. Then when an employee finally decided to help us and another gentleman, she greeted the gentleman with a smile and told him to let her know if he needed any help. When it was my turn, she looked at me, unlocked the door, asked how many items I had, took the item and slammed the door behind me without saying another word. Beyond rude employees! We went March 9th, 2022 and we were there from 12:30-1:30. Please talk to your employees because I will no longer be coming to that location BECAUSE OF THEM.

We were in a rush to get a pair of shoes and when we arrived to the store they had closed an hour early. The employees completely ignored us and other customers. The hours online said they were supposed to be open and even their white board schedule on the store had not been updated either. Would not recommend stopping here.

Reading the reviews makes me sad, especially because most of them are about things that the employees don't have any control over. This location is awesome, all the employees have always been so kind and helpful to me. Yes the line does take long, but places are very understaffed nowadays, so when you leave a negative review about the line you're actually just discouraging the people who showed up to try and serve you despite not receiving much help. If you don't want to wait long, if you google this location, there is a section on google that will tell you how busy the store currently is. You're welcome!
