“It's pretty cool. A lot of the items have huge tears in them so I was surprised at the pricing for them, should have been more reasonable. Initially walked in because I saw a sign that said pink tags on sale but when I got home I was charged regular price for all the pink items. Maybe I misread but that was disappointing.”
“Overall wonderful experience! I came in to look at the books for the purpose of donating to local Free Little Libraries. I found quite a bit and at excellent prices. Ladies at checkout were very friendly, kind and pleasant. I will definitely be coming back to this gem! Thank you volunteers and AL!”

411 E Palm Ave, Redlands“I appreciate this store for exactly what it is...which I think is the key to enjoying this particular Goodwill location as a shopper. Right off the bat, THIS DOES NOT FEEL NOR OPERATE LIKE MOST GOODWILL STORES DO. It's significantly smaller with a limited selection of items. Every time I've been in there, there's been no furniture/larger items, and the selection of items as a whole is small. An assortment of home decor items and clothing accessories, a wall of books, some clothing racks in the middle. That's pretty much it. That all being said...everything available is very carefully curated and shockingly clean by Goodwill standards. The shelves and books are all color-coordinated, and pretty much everything seems to be in very decent condition. It feels more like a small secondhand boutique than a Goodwill, to be honest. Given the size of the space, I actually appreciate that it's laid out this way. It's easier to find things, and the things that I find are usually of higher quality. If you are trying to make a donation...I, personally, would not do it at this particular location. The thing I like about making donations to most Goodwill stores is the ease of it. I like being able to pull my car up to the side of the building and have an employee take the items without too much fuss. From all of the negative reviews on here, it seems like that isn't really how donations go down at this Goodwill store. I would actually recommend the Colton Avenue location in Redlands for anyone looking to make donations in the area, as that seems to be a store with a more standard donation set-up.”

614 Alabama St, Redlands“I have zero idea how this only has 3 stars! This is my absolute go-to thrift shop. They have a huuuuge selection, the employees are pleasant and they have so many sales days! It's a must-see. Best in the area, hands down.”

801 W Colton Ave, Redlands“It is a bit pricey compared to less curated places. But it is neat and orderly and many items are half off. Everything is arranged by color so you have to paw through a lot of clothes to find what you're looking for. I got a nice blazer for $20 and a brand new belt half off for $12. Has one changing room.”
“This shop is a complete joy. It is setup with love from the volunteers that put in their time to make the store magical. Everyone knows how important Cancer Research is and with this beautiful store I know that the money spent in the store will go to Research and hope for all Cancer patients. This place is a win win for everyone.”
