Most of staff transfered from when it was Econo Lube. So I've been coming here since 2001. They know me and my car. They are friendly, "old-school" responsive to fluid needs, reasonable prices. Rick, Taylor and the owner are always available to help me when I just show up with an issue. Highly recommend them.

The best priced smog in Redlands, I went in for a smog, the service was outstanding and fast. I am very pleased and I highly recommend this place. Great service!

On 10/24/2023, only two months ago. Had the rotors and brake pads done at this location. Within two weeks, began getting the wobbling effect after breaking. Thought, ok, must be the back brakes, since, I'm not a vehicle repair technician or expert. Ignored, until too annoying. Today went to Nissan, and wow, the brakes and rotors need to be replaced on the front. So, either they didn't replace, or they used very substandard parts, or they don't know what they are doing - really doesn't matter. The brake work -- $500, was a total scam in my opinion. I suspect my c/v joints and other work wasn't either. Nissan gave me the list of things that they recommend be done. Will never use this place again. Thought about going and asking for a refund, but why bother.

Wow where do I start I wish I can give 0 stars !!! This place completely messed my car up came for a tune up and oil change everything was fine until a day later my check engine came on so I went to a mechanic and told me this place broke off the air intake duct!!! Never again will I come here 0 STARS !!!!

This place is a rip-off guy wouldn't give me a receipt. They wouldn't give me all my oil back that I brought in. They tried charging me 470 Dollars For A tune up I didn't need. I tried to scare me that my transmission was gonna give up as soon as I drive off. To try to sell me transmission, flush. The guy changed my oil. Couldn't figure out how many quarts to put. What a joke of a business, I wouldn't come back or recommend anybody then when I call out the so-called manager, he refuses to do future business with me. He was mad because I was telling them the truth in front of another customer. Be careful Redlands customers. There's plenty of other oil change shops that will do better job.Service: Oil change

I have been going here for years. However today, while they were doing the oil change a guy came and said I needed a new filter. So I asked how much. He said it would be $30. So I went ahead and said yes. when I went to pay, they charged me $48. When I brought it up they said no they told me $30 for my back windshield wiper. So happened that it was brand new, I had replaced it a week ago. So that wasn't even a questionable quote. Very shady! I will never go back!!
