I brought a very large oversized leather jacket that used to belong to a family member and it was sentimental. Michael was able perform a miracle and tailor the jacket until it looked like it made just for me. It is a PERFECT fit and I love the finished result. I will definitely bring any other clothing needed for alterations!

My special needs/cognitively impaired adult stepson is a huge fan of the army- so much so that he insists on wearing camo pants every day! We bought several sturdy, not-inexpensive pairs from a merchant through Amazon, and after about 10-12 months of regular wear, they all blew out around the back right pocket, but otherwise were fine, so I tried taking them to a couple different alterations businesses in the area for repair. All turned me away, saying they were not repairable. It wasn't until I took them to Tempo Fashions in downtown Redlands, that tailor Michael accepted the task. He carefully explained to me how he would go about it, by reinforcing the back with similar fabric and gluing before cross-stitching. He repaired them beautifully within two days, and pretty much guaranteed they won't rip in the same place again! It would have cost much more to buy new pants, and now my stepson should be able to get another year or so of wear in his favorite uniform! Thank you Michael!

I work in downtown Redlands, so meeting Michael (Mike) was purely co-incidental. I am, however, very happy that I walked into this store! In a short time, I purchased a blazer a suit, and had Michael do a couple of small repairs for me. Every purchase was a great experience. More importantly, I consider Michael to be a friend. i highly recommend this gem located in downtown Redlands!

Great place to get you formal wear tailored. I went to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed and they did and amazing job even let me know how they were going to hem it. The dress was cut to look wider at the bottom and let me know if you just shortened the dress it wouldn’t have the bottom look anymore. Never would have even thought about something like that before. Highly recommend Tempo Fashions for all of your tailoring needs. Very professional and very attentive to detail. i brought my kids in to be sized for suits, and Mike was so great with them. He made it a fun experience for them and was very quick and efficient when getting our measurements. Just picked up our suits and gown and I am so happy with the work they did. They fit just as we wanted them to. We are so grateful and plan to go back for all of our tailoring needs

Professionally done and finished sooner than anticipated. I wanted my jacket to be altered by having a hoodie sown on and Mike exceeded my expectations. Described the measurements and proper appearance of how the hood should fit along with the complexities of attaching it.He explained the process would take more time due to the limitations of what I brought him; combined with the delicacy of relying solely on using a "hand-sown" method.Mike is something of a specialist amongst tailors?Service: Alterations
