I love target but things are getting bad at this location. Self checkout is 10 items or less, however they only have 1 cashier available each time I come. Although there are associates available out on the sales floor. Everything is continuously out of stock or locked up. I understand the theft issues but the shopping experience for honest people is really suffering. I hope things will eventually improve.

This is My overall store when I need a variety of items.. cleaning product....toys....HBA or a couple of grocery items .... Lines are usually long, so I recommend self- checkout.... I also order & do pick up... saves me time.... they are efficient at getting your items ready... I really like Targets app it makes it easy to order & pick up.... When they started this program during covid they had 4 pick up spots....today I was there & they've really expanded.... at least 12.... they have cars waiting for you to pull out so they can pull in..... busy place especially weekends.....

I've been waiting for about an hour for pick up. I understand it's busy, but I would like to have an idea of how long I will be waiting. Maybe I'd wait another hour, but I don't want to wait 5 hours. So I called the pick up line, and no answer then call disconnected. I call back and now it just disconnects. Like instead of having someone hang up on me, just tell me it's a 3 hour wait. That's all I want to know. But instead I have to guess his long I'm going to wait by watching other people wait. Terrible customer service and experience. Why not just say your order isn't available for pick up? Why let me spend $200 and not let me be able to pick up my order? This is crazy. I literally don't see anyone delivering to the cars waiting. maybe 1 person.

Took 40 minutes for a drive up order to be brought to my car. FORTY! The order was ready for over an hour before my husband arrived to pick it up. He sat there waiting for 40 freaking minutes. Target you're starting to be more expensive and LESS efficient than Walmart. Never again. I would've just gone in the store but I'm sick with covid and didn't want to infect anyone. Ridiculous that they took that long

This post is for Leo the young man who was working the outside shopping cart area. I visited on 12/7/23 PM shift and I want to say Leo was very helpful. Leo was working on gathering the carts outside. Leo was so concerned that I was going to forget the water at the bottom of my cart because I started to move the cart after loading groceries into the trunk of my SUV. I explained to him that my right arm was broken and so I had to position the cart to the side door because it was lower than the trunk so I can try to slide it inside the car and Leo was so kind to offer help and assist me on loading my case of water into the car for me. It was such a sweet gesture especially since navigating with only one functional arm has been the biggest adjustment for me. It was truly an act of kindness that I appreciated very much. Thank you Leo. You have know idea how far that act of kindness was to me :)

The shopping cart lock is annoying! It is locked when you are still in the Target parking lot. The store should set the geofence more accurate.

Currently waiting in line since they just changed their "self checkout" to an express lane. Must have 10 items or less. They also lock up their deodorant, laundry detergent, toothbrushes, razors, etc. this is embarrassing and hard to shop when you need to wait for assistance to grab items. Target is making Walmart look like Gucci. To add, as I left the exit door, 5 feet into the concrete, hadn't even hit the street with my cart. The wheels locked up! You cannot take a cart into the parking lot. There were about 10 ditched carts by the exit when I left. This is just embarrassing target. Last time I'm shopping here.

Never stocked well. It's a high demand store and the supply does not meet that. Drive up often takes much longer than expected.

John gave me stickers and welcomed me at the register he was very kind! I've bumped into him a few times and each time he gives everyone stickers!

Even though Target is infamous for blatant price changing lies and schemes (leaving the original price tag of $X underneath the "new low price" of $X) and 40¢ price increases at the register even though the old price tag was still attached to said item(s), the customer service at this store has been pretty awesome lately. There were two employees yesterday who kindly asked if they could help us find anything. It made me and my teenagers feel welcomed.

Target executives are too greedy to pay workers but they will put basic needs behind lock and key in stores, geofence shopping carts which is ableist and limit quantity on self-checkout while only having one cashier on staff. Pay workers a thriving wage.

I am so disappointed in this Target, I won't be going back to Target. There were 2 check out lines with long lines but there was plenty of self service check outs stations, went to one of those and then being told you should only have ten items. Maybe you should hire more people because I normally do not use the self service check out because I'm not paid by you but I do expect to see more service. And you wonder why Walmart is taking your customers. I will definitely shop at Walmart instead of Target!

The worst WORST WORSSSSSTT target. Order pick up is always SOOOOOOOOOOOOO slow People constantly shop lifting here, everything is always out of stock and drive up orders take minimum 10 min every time I go. Pain in the ass target
