Good experience at Target getting some heavy items loaded into our car. Tried the same thing at WalMart last night - disaster! We will only use Target, even though farther away!

Don't go unless you have time to wait for the reps to come unlock the items you need to purchase! Go to another target its not worth all the trouble. I was surprised to see how difficult it was to shop for the items I needed.

I love target but things are getting bad at this location. Self checkout is 10 items or less, however they only have 1 cashier available each time I come. Although there are associates available out on the sales floor. Everything is continuously out of stock or locked up. I understand the theft issues but the shopping experience for honest people is really suffering. I hope things will eventually improve.

They only had 1 checker and alot of us had more than 10 items for self checkout. They changed self checkout to 10 items or less.

Always a number of options of products, from grocery to retail and household, only negative is everything seems to be locked up and waiting on Staff to get an item can be long and frustrating at times.

At checkout, the Asian salad we tried to purchase didnt look so good while we noticed while scanning the salad. Had to wait for help. Staff member that helped up noticed the salad was expired. Also we tried to use our Target app to get our $20 credit and also a gift card. It took both but after entering the barcode, it placed the $20 credit off and charged me more than it initially stated. Very frustrating after the staff member guided me and told me to press finish and pay...that didn't solve anything and I was charged $84 instead of $63.

Don't go to the store hardly ever because it's always so busy but had to return an item bought online in store only. I went after work about 5pm and there was only one person in front of me and the person that helped me was super helpful and knowledgeable and made things easy for me, especially for future returns. I didn't feel like "just another return". Thank you Anthony!

Love the ease of returning items. They scanned my card, scanned item, matched up and we were out of there. Clerk was courteous and polite, very helpful. Great experience, especially for 12/23 in the evening time.

Cops were there doing some kind of toys for tots thing. It was cool to see in person. Target seems to be a step above Walmart at least to me. Love their vignette displays.

I've been waiting for about an hour for pick up. I understand it's busy, but I would like to have an idea of how long I will be waiting. Maybe I'd wait another hour, but I don't want to wait 5 hours. So I called the pick up line, and no answer then call disconnected. I call back and now it just disconnects. Like instead of having someone hang up on me, just tell me it's a 3 hour wait. That's all I want to know. But instead I have to guess his long I'm going to wait by watching other people wait. Terrible customer service and experience. Why not just say your order isn't available for pick up? Why let me spend $200 and not let me be able to pick up my order? This is crazy. I literally don't see anyone delivering to the cars waiting. maybe 1 person.
