Store has very bad service most of its employees were talking too much. I shouldn't have to wait for a simple phone repair I will be calling their corporate office to file a complaint against them

Just don’t deal with Alonzo Cruz and you should be ok. He’s the worst associate I’ve ever met working for t mobile in the 9 years I’ve had this provider. Let me share my experience I’ll keep it brief. Alonzo was intolerant, rude and aggressive. He snarled at me and called me a rude customer just because I got a little upset and displayed a little discontent to being charged for a SIM card that customer service (611) said would be free. Which wasn’t a big deal I was ok to pay for it but the way he started disrespecting me telling me, “if you want free stuff call customer service!” And when I asked for another associate Ora manager he said, “ yea you can wait an hour for another associate.” I then demanded for a manager and He continues to process my sim. My sister who was with me had to step in and told him to stop and call a manager. When we finally get the manager (probably his friend) Alonzo stands next to him and continues to talk at me.( I tuned him out at this point) Then Alonzo gets attitude with him too. He was out of line and that all I have to say about that. I arrived to the store in a good mood for something so simple and I left insulted and traumatized.

yea I recommend them even tho I had horrible experience yesterday well it started bk in march 2021 bought a Samsung galaxy S21 nightmare ever since. yesterday I finally got a refurbished phone thought everything was set up left store only to discover no Sim card was inserted. they were so busy they had 3 different employees working on my phone. had to wait til this morning to go pick my Sim card the guy was snooty. I called 611 customer service lady credited me $40 for the inconvenience I received. just glad to have a working phone again.

Overall I believe this isn't okay, yet nothing Special. If you have a T-Mobile shop in your local area I don't believe you would be missing out.? I got to the shop around noon on a Sunday and I guess it must have been very busy. A bearded gentleman could barely give me a time estimate until I threatened that I was going to walk out to the store.? I was told it would be about a 15-minute wait. Unfortunately in those 15 minutes I found what I was looking for on Amazon? decided to purchase ??it there.Galaxy Z Fold3. Amazon even offered the lower price range($230) of what I was receiving from T-Mobile. ?In the notes it actually said it was powered by T-Mobile straight talk. Oh well Comme ci, comme ça.Nobody was rude and it seemed to be a very clean and professional store. They just didn't strike me as they were hungry for my business. Maybe I should have gone to my local store in my area.

Great customer service and great plan pricing with T-Mobile. Got tired of getting ripped off and paying $380/month with Verizon. Had been with Verizon for 20 years but their pricing and customer service stinks.
