Nice play structure, not super clean, but nice place to bring kids. Skate park nearby means more teenagers in the area.

Playground: big alot of stuff.Restrooms: always open during the day.Dog-friendliness: everyone seems to have a dog.Picnic area: alot of tables even a big area you could have a party covered or not covered.
